Hey everyone!

I've decided to buy two 24 IU HGH kits to do HGH therapy along with Reta, which I've been doing for 9 weeks. Previously, I tried HGH at a rate of 2 IU per day using 10 IU vials, and it lasted me 5 days.

I want to buy 24 IU vials for convenience and price, but can I use the vial for up to 12 days? How long does it last once reconstituted?

If that's too long, I'm considering buying the 36 IU option.

I just bought 6 kits of 36iu.

In lipolized form you can keep in fridge or freezer (for longer term storage).

For reconned HGH, about 9 percent degradation after 10 days (which is still surprising compared to GLPs), but only 14 percent degradation after 30 days:

From private Jano testing, after 10 days, you’ve lost ~10% of mass. Day 30 is around 15% of mass...

Reconstituted with 3ml

Initial mass 43.2 mg

Mass day 9: 39.9 mg

Mass day 19: 39.9 mg

Mass day 30: 37.2 mg

Janoshik did a test some years back and as the others have indicated, if kept refrigerated it will keep for a few weeks with little loss. So you should be good if using within a week or 2.

For HGH powder, fridge is usually preferred at Meso (by my favorite posters anyway), unless storing for more than one year or so.

In my case, if it remains effective at doses above 2 IU, I notice that my wrists hurt, and if I reach 4 IU, I start to experience water retention. Blood levels of IGFL1 can also be measured.

Are you able to test IGF-1 often and quickly where you are? In the US, it's as low as $14 each time (using a $30 Fitomics monthly membership to order up to 6+ months of tests).

I looked and searched but couldnt get a definitive answer on fridge vs freezer. So I dumped in the freezer.

Will pull 1 vial out every few weeks and reconn...

Yeah, there is definitely no consensus at Meso about freezing HGH powder. Some will never freeze it. But then again, some there will never freeze any peptide.

They worry about the freeze-thaw cycles with regular (auto-defrost) freezers, but they don't usually mention using something like HydraPeak or Thermos.

I reached out to the vendor (JKL) and asked as well. They said fridge or cool dry place. But again I have idea if they are middle men just hawking peps or the actual producer so

Reconstitute to 3ml. When HGH is damaged, and it starts to aggregate, experiments show the greater the concentration, the worse the aggregation is because, simply put, the molecules are crowded and bump into each other more, increasing the chance of sticking to each other.

Here's an illustration of how damaged (oxidized in this case) HGH forms more and larger aggregates with increased concentration:

Thank you, I was getting a lil worried because as soon as my kits arrived they went into the Hydropeak and into the freezer
