Not really enough information to answer properly. Age, start weight, goal weight, height, how long you were on reta? Why you stopped? Adverse effects before you stopped?
After 2 weeks blood drug levels of retatrutide would be bit less than 1/4 peak levels , or about half what they would be just before the next weekly dose. The half life is 6 days rather than a week, but close enough, so in a week levels will drop 50% or maybe more like 55%. GLPplotter is excellent for looking at this to help understand what is going on with doses and effects and side effects versus timing of doses.
Stopping for 2 weeks is probably not long enough to lose tolerance to gastrointestinal side effects, so you could probably restart at 6mg , or 4mg if you want to be careful or had some side effects at 6mg before you stopped it.
I do not believe there is any evidence at all that tolerance develops to the hunger suppressing or weight loss effects of GLP's, so stopping for a few weeks will not reset receptors and all that crap. There is evidence that in the first few months tolerance does develop to delayed gastric emptying and to gastrointestinal side effects, as often nausea and vomiting are worst at the 2-4 month stage and then often very slowly improve.
Restarting at a lower dose only makes sense if you are at your goal weight? If that is the case then there is no harm in trying say 4mg and see what happens, if you start putting on weight or are hungry all the time then you probably need to go back to a higher dose.
I think the science on long term weight maintenance on GLP drugs says that you need to stay on the dose you used to lose the weight to keep the weight off, but there are plenty of people on this forum maintaining at lower doses.
