Finally, officially registered to the forum after following, reading and learning much since July. I'm 63 and have been on tirz since the end of June after my sister told me about her weight loss journey with grey and saying this is a great place to go to for my questions. Haven't tried anything else just yet but plan to learn much more as I move forward.
I will say with tirz, one of the bummer side effects is that popcorn doesn't taste the same. I've always made it old school on the stove. I keep trying and hoping but no... it's just not the same.
Wine is still good to go so far - I've been taking things slow and only up to pinning 6mg every 5 days.
I have been a runner pretty much my entire life. Okay, I use 'runner' loosely and I consider what I do is 'slog' but I'm very happy and my goal is to continue until I am at least 70 years old and hopefully longer. I just wanted to say hello and say how much I appreciate everything I've learned - what a helpful place!
