Heart Rate increase on Tirz

So I've recently (past couple months) been realizing that Tirz is the likely culprit of my heart rate increases. I go up from a 70 resting to a 90-95 resting when dosing Tirz and I've noticed other people saying similar things, and some similar effects for clinical trial subjects. Has anyone else experienced this? I've also been hearing some anecdotal experiences that for people who got increased heart rate on Tirz/Sema, Retatrutide seemed not to increase heart rate for those people. If anyone has had that experience with Reta I'd love to hear about it. I'm also very worried about what the hell I'm gonna do with my 1000mg+ stash of Tirz. I'll probably sell it someone at a discount if Reta ends up not increasing my heart rate.

Maybe they just injected water who knows. Worth trying though. I figure I'll purchase a single vial from one of the domestic sites to try it out and go CN if it works out.

The last time I took reta in the evening, my heart raced for about 8 hours. Not good for sleep. I take it in the morning now.

do it. just start pinning really low doses. wait a few hours then do more.

I've had 0 issues with Triz and an elevated heart rate. And I'm a fat fuck. Slightly less so now, but my doctor told me I'm Morbidly a beast or something.... nice compliment

Tirz increased my RHR, but Reta increased it more.

Still like reta and use it.

Yes, increased RHR in tirzepatide (and all GLP1s for that matter) is a known side effect.

Here's a slide from the SURMOUNT-1 3 year extension study.

it gets better over time (stabilizes / decreases).

Reta appears to be worse, but I don't have any hard data to share.

Maybe try splitting your does into 2-3 smaller doses every couple days. I've heard people saying it works better. Worth a shot before you have to invest more money into a more expensive product.

I like that idea. I've heard some negative things about immunogenicity when it comes to more frequent dosing but I might just have to bite the bullet in that regard
