Sure, 6mg of Reta right now. That's the first one I heard of, and it just works on us.

Every day is shot day. Minimum two a day right now. One of those has GHK-cu in it, so stingy and causes a welt and/or lump at least some of the time. It definitely gets old.

I’m going to look into Shotsy some more. I had heard of it but wasn’t sure of the value.

It's in these baskets that are on top of the kitchen cabinets in my garage/ADU. So I have to hoist myself up on the counter and dig through the baskets like a little raccoon. It may not seem like the biggest deal, but I have absolutely pushed doses a day out because I was too lazy to get on top of the counter

also you're from NC! I was born in charlotte and lived in SC for my formative years!

Insane question for you @catsincali - ummmm - why don't you make this a little easier for yourself? I put mine in a "Jo Malone" gift box in the back of the fridge. Very easy access, especially now as the fridge is more and more empty!

So, you have to look at an app to know how much you're taking? We never had apps years ago, we just knew. Do you need a app to tell you when to eat? I'm honestly curious.

问你个有点傻的问题 ——嗯……为什么不让自己更方便一点呢？我把我的香水放在“祖·玛珑”的礼盒里，然后放在冰箱最里面。拿取很方便，尤其现在冰箱越来越空了！
