我确实在用，只是好奇其他人是怎么想的。经过一番研究，现在整个过程只需要30秒。另外，我刚付费购买了Shotsy，但也用简单的电子表格来记录。对于Shotsy的长期用户来说，你们最喜欢它的哪一点呢？
还有谁像我一样，一到打疫苗的日子就兴奋不已？

我当然很享受注射日，今天就是其中一天，哈哈。我喜欢规律和流程，而且注射日也标志着我又走过了一周的旅程。这是进步的切实体现，很有成就感。
我还在用付费的Shotsy app。它很不错，因为我目前正在叠加低剂量的Tirz和Reta。追踪药物的预估浓度和注射部位轮换非常方便。如果最终我走上TRT之路，我可能会用它来追踪TRT的进展，目前正在等待化验结果。总之，对于GLP-1受体激动剂使用者来说，这是一款非常棒的app。

说实话，肽真的改变了我的生活……注射后那种如释重负的感觉简直太棒了。知道自己再也不用和身心作斗争，这种感觉是无价的（而且价格还是灰色渠道，简直无可挑剔）。

我以前比现在更期待注射，新鲜感已经消退了一些，但仍然很享受。

Yes and no. I get the syringes out, load them. Then I poke myself, then the wife. Sometimes I get a comment, sometimes I don't. I've got way better, she even admits it. The 31g syringes help.
Yes both wife and I do I guess get "excited". I think it all revolves around the results peptide protocols have given us, it for sure is a good feeling to know we are about to dose our protocol. Definitely keeps us mutually involved and vested in our personal health.

As I have spent more time on this forum and have seen all the different peps there are out there (that I want to try) I think about this a lot LOL.
