I wonder why, the Chinese, who scrutinize our markets, and so much more, have utterly and entirely missed - THE SUBSCRIPTION MODEL? I suspect it is because of the pay system? Hard to automate the crypto for monthly charges? I mean, who here wouldn't at least THINK about getting fresh Reta or Tirz, or what have you, sent in three-month batches. You set up your LLC here in the states. Or a giant garage. You keep your US-based depot well stocked. Your people, stateside, run the subscription business at 40 - 60% LESS than our regular services, like HERS, or ALLOY, or any of the millions of similar subscription compounding companies. AND YOU KEEP it on the GRAY DOWN LOW. I recently read that it costs about $5 to manufacture, including the vial, a month of GLP peptide. Maybe you spread these depots around. Maybe they are MOBILE - especially with STARLINK, VPN, and other connecting technologies - you don't even need a permanent home shipping base. LOL - anyone want to throw in with me building the mobile RV gray empire?

I agree, I actually don't understand why it hasn't already popped up, especially after 2 of the big 503bs quit offering GLPs, there's an open market just waiting for someone to slide into. I'm guessing the hurdle is indeed payment systems. Like you said, hard to automate crypto. And the people using telehealths, who might easily switch to Chinese, all enjoy the ease of charging their order on a credit card, and huge % of those aren't gonna be able or even willing to learn the ins and outs of crypto. On every side and angle of that equation the payment part is key.

Well, Nexaph sells online and takes credit cards, if they wanted to I'd bet they could figure out a subscription system. Just using them as an example. Theyve found a way around the payment thing, obviously. Nothing stopping someone from doing it better and cheaper than them.

For their employee to steal? You can't apply normal marketing ideas to illicit activities, at least not as much. Employees can't be reported to the police. Shipments can be confiscated and destroyed. The mobile unit can be inspected if the employee is pulled over and nervous, giving probable cause.

GYC had to shut down for a while last year due to an "inspection." I was surprised they came back.

So the vendors are always in survival mode, at least to some degree.

If they get busted they change their name and carry on, it's the American Way.

All the more reason to focus on the short term.

This might not sound very nice, but I think they struggle at building good businesses. There is honest money to be made in this space through hard work and innovation, but they sometimes look for shortcuts instead. They sometimes favor a quick buck over a long-term profitable business model.

That's why they are selling peptides in the first place, instead of doing something legit and respectable. Selling peptides is not a career. Some of them also sell steroids, which makes them even more likely to get busted.

most def...it's based on regulatory assurances, market control and protections, barriers to entry, and a product or service that is recurring.
