I keep seeing places mix B12 with their GLP-1. I reconstitute mine with bac water but am wondering if anyone has used B12 with their GLP-1. I need the energy from the B12.

I think the only places doing that are compounders trying to get around the rules. Personally, I'd keep them separate.

That makes sense. Most of them have been Spa-like facilities but I bet they get them from compounding pharmacies. Thank you!

Many "spas" use gray market peptides.

I’ve seen that too. Some clinics and compounders add B12 when prepping GLP-1. They say it helps with energy or reduces nausea. From what I’ve read and heard from others, B12 doesn’t change how the GLP-1 works, but I think it can be a nice bonus if you’re low on B12 or just feel sluggish.

I keep them separate. I use IM injections for B12. You don't have to do that, subq works fine if your B12 isn't really low but I'd still keep them separate, especially reta

Do you know the dosing for the B12?
