About the GLOW protocol:

How forgiving are the stack ratios for it to be effective?

I've seen pre-mixed GLOW that have ratios that are very different than 50-10-10mg.

Some are more like 60-11-15 mg ratio per the Janoshik report.

Would it be best to just mix GLOW from individual vials and avoid the pre-mixed just due to the ratio being so off?

Here's a link by Anela about the GLOW protocol, nothing about how tight the ratios need to be:

Any ideas or comments about this would be helpful, I couldn't find any information about this ratio question anywhere.

It works as I have researched. Don’t miss the forest for all the trees as they say.

If you can recon from components for less, do that. KLOW is just easy.

Here try this one, you can enter the Mg according to your vials.

The wealth of information contained within this post is immense! Thank you kindly, and tbh some of this info could be stickied and it would save folks a lot of time.

Stickied?

How does that work?

BTW, one of the possible experiments to do with this protocol is to swap out two components (maybe), specifically the TB and KPV.

More is sometimes not better a la KLOW, it has everything but is it necessary?

Sometimes less complex works just as well.

Again, I've not mixed and matched yet, just researching this protocol.

Anela somewhere on Reddit mentioned that TB and KPV were like Pepsi and Coke, similar and unnecessary to have both...therefore KLOW, having both might be throwing away one of them, or both, hard to tell atm.

Just some info I ran across...finding odd info, not necessarily how to implement such info is what I do.
