GHK-CU pucks

Below is what Google AI says. Sounds like it's not anything to worry about, especially if they're all like that, including the ones that haven't been shipped from the vendor yet. Also, JEEP is one of the more reliable vendors, from what I understand.

"A darker blue top and lighter blue bottom with a clear line of demarcation in a vial of lyophilized GHK-Cu is not generally considered ideal, but it is not immediately a sign of a ruined product. It often indicates an uneven distribution of the copper-peptide complex within the "puck" (the cake of powder).

Potential Causes for the Color Gradient

Manufacturing Variation (Lyophilization): The process of freeze-drying (lyophilization) involves freezing and then drying under vacuum. If the cooling or drying process was uneven, the concentration of the GHK-Cu peptide (which is naturally blue) might vary throughout the vial.

Settling/Separation: The separation of color might be due to fillers (such as mannitol) settling differently than the active peptide during the filling process.

Non-uniform Oxidation: While copper peptides should be stable, a minor, non-uniform distribution of moisture, or slight variation in the binding, can cause the top layer to appear darker (more concentrated) than the bottom.

Shipping/Physical Disturbance: The powder may have separated or "broken" during shipping, leading to a visible split, although the compound remains effective.

Is It Safe?

Normal Characteristics: A high-quality GHK-Cu powder is a pale blue to deep blue-violet powder, not grey, green, or white.

When to be Concerned: If the powder is white with only a few blue spots, or if it is greenish/brown, this might indicate degraded product, moisture intrusion, or low-quality synthesis.

Recommendation: Perform a reconstitution test. Reconstitute the vial with bacteriostatic water (or sterile water). It should dissolve fully within 2 minutes to a clear, consistent blue solution. If it does not dissolve properly or shows significant sediment, the batch may be flawed."
Ok that gives me the confidence to try it then, although it took a significantly longer time than 2 minutes to dissolve. Fingers crossed 🤞

Minor injection site irritation as expected with GHK-CU, otherwise fine 24hrs after first pin.

Slight red mark above the largest mole, 6 units = 2mg using a 31G 8mm syringe 💉

First pin 48hrs later.

Second pin going very similar too, very mild injection site irritation.

Update, the GHK-CU daily injections have been increased to 10units = 3.3mg per day, taken in the morning with the usual mild redness going away after a day or two.

I am rotating between 4 injection sites at the moment. Happy with it so far.

I have read that if you injected GHK-CU into your upper butt it doesn't hurt as much. I guess I will find out when I get ready to order.
True story.

When I feel it, the spice isn't any distracting in that area. I reconned with 3ml first vial and with 4.5ml for this second one.

Good luck!

I have started filling half my insulin syringe with my dose 2.5mg and then I draw the remaining half with bac water and it has totally neutralised the sting. For the first week I was in pain it was not a comfortable injection at all. Now we are cruising just need to run this for 6 weeks and see if I notice any improvements.

I have solved my own problem with the GHK-cu stingies! Have only been using since Tues, but this is what happened for me:

Tues @ 1.5mg = annoying dull "pain" (not bad, just annoying like I was pressing on a bruise when I wasn't) and intermittent itching. The hard red blotch stayed for days.

Wed @ 1.5mg = same dull pain and itching, but I used my massage gun for a couple of minutes; reduced the welt about 50% and not much itch, but also not great.

Thurs @ 1mg + .5mg KPV = game changer! I pinned the KPV first, then the GHK right in the same spot, used the massage gun and zero welt or itching!

Fri did the same to verify results, and again no welt, no pain, no itch, nada.

KPV is the true MVP here, I think. I'll up my GHK back to 1.5 today just to see if that little dose difference changes anything, but I really think the GHK+KPV stack is the best way to have no issues with the copper.

Yes, KPV is a good pep to combine with GHK-Cu! I'm glad it's working for you! Also a good idea to use a massage gun; I've heard it is effective to lessen the spice.

I was going to recon with a little lido but wasn't able to find it or learn enough by the time I needed to recon and filter a new vial.

Wishing you much success!
