I use with a pen, I use 3ml bac in 50mg vial. Then I split the vial between two pen cartridges. I then add another 1.5ml bac to each cartridge. I inject in the fat parts of my backside and have never had any sting or ISR. My dose is 2mg daily which is 24units on the pen. I think I may drop to 4ml vs 6ml total BAC next round of reconstituting.
I second this. I split mine too to 3ml per cartridge, less sting for me.

Hello all, I would really like to try GHK-Cu but I've read comment after comment about how awful the pain is using it. I have also read that adding either KPV or BPC-157 can help with the sting. I do not want to try either KLOW or GLOW at this time so I would like thoughts and advice. If I were to mix the GHK-Cu with either, now much BAC water would you use? Thanks for the guidance.
To be honest, I just started pinning 2 mg of GHK a day and feel 0 pain. I reconned with only 3 ml of bac contrary to what alot of other people say. I dont know if its just me but tesamorelin gives me more stinging and pain than anything else ive tried so far. Im currently running Reta, Tesa, GHK, and semax but maybe everyone is different

I started the topical last night, but the pins will probably start it and BPC/TB500 maybe next week. I had a cortisone shot today in my shoulder and he advised to hold off so it has a chance to settle in.

The fear is real. It is why I have not started GHK yet.

I read someone's post on Peppy's...they added phosphate buffered saline (2ml bac to 1ml buffered saline). They said it was not spicy. I think I may try this.

Ahhh….you’re one of the chosen ones. Count your blessings. ☺️

You should pop into the STG TG chat and mention PBS. The bot will yell at you. It’s always entertaining to me.

Hmmm I just did a quick search. Interesting.

thank you lol, when i first pinned ghk i sat here thinking i might be in a hell of pain but was surprised when I felt nothing. It honestly makes me question if the ghk is good or not or why, but when it comes to tesa, pinning near my abdomen is literal hell. Glutes are very mild tho so we will see what happens.

I reconstituted with 3ml because that's what fit, I'm going to use with kpv because I use that every day anyway, and they're mixable, and the kpv is supposed to mitigate the sting...I am my own science experiment!

On a serious note, how do you reach your glute? I’m really not flexible and I struggle to reach with my opposite hand to pinch the skin.
Use my glute for all pins now... way less reactions if any

I did 1.7 today, my 2nd day. First day I did 1 and it stung for quite a while. Today it stung a little going in, but that is it. Same dilution. I reconstituted a 50mg vial of GHK cu with 3ml BAC water. Then I did my 1mg, which was 6 units on the syringe. So I diluted it again, by filling the entire rest of the 30ml syringe with BAC water. Today, I took 10 units of the GHK cu which was 1.7mg, and did the same thing, so it was a little less diluted and it hurt less. My wife did for the first time today, 1mg and she said it stung for about 4-5 minutes.

So, YMMV, but I'm a big coward about pain and after 2 injections, I'm no longer scared of it. You'll be fine, just dilute it so that it's very light blue. I'd imagine if you inject a deep blue syringe of this stuff, it's going to hurt.

Pens seem sooooo complicated to me. I figured out crypto and the grey market just fine but I think pens would defeat me.
They are really easy. The most difficult part is filtering and filling the cartridge...but really only one more step then reconstituting a vial. The rest is a breeze...especially if researching more than once a week.

I appreciate the discussion and all the good info in this thread but i would like to ask a question if thats okay.

When does this stinging/burning feeling occur? I have pinned Ghk-cu for 3 days bow, 50mg + 3ml bac and just under 2mg each pin and what i have felt so far is a slight stinging feeling and a little red around the pin site but i would say its 1/10 on my pain scale or less. Should i be worried the side effects are still to come or is there a chance om Lucky and this is all i get?

Honestly, even if it sucks for you, it’ll suck for 24 hours but it’s not horrible. Maybe a sleepless night and plenty of time to question your life choices. But you might want to just try a small pin without anything extra to see how you react to it. You may be one of the very blessed who doesn’t feel any burn or post-injection pain. (And don’t declare victory immediately. For me, the pain starts after a few hours.)

My recommendations in order for mitigating pain are:

1) First try the extra BAC method.

2) Add GHK-Basic. Anywhere from a 1:1 ratio or a 5:1 ratio (Cu:basic) will usually take care of the issue.

3) Add some epi/lido. The lido will only help with any immediate injection site burn or pain you get but the epi will help mitigate the histamine response that causes most of the issue.

I rotate using BPC, KPV, and TB4 anyway, but none were ever sufficient to mitigate the Cu problems. Some people swear by it. One thing I’ve learned through reading dozens of discussions about this is that everyone reacts differently. My recommendations above are listed in order of ease and cost effectiveness.

For me, #2 is the most effective and the only thing I do at this point. (No extra BAC. No more epi/lido anymore.) GHK-Basic can sometimes be hard to come by but it’s pretty readily available at the moment. And a little bit goes a long way.

Good luck!
I just ordered me a kit of GHK-Basic, as I have tried the Klow with extra BAC, extra- extra-extra BAC, lidocaine, lido/epi, needle length, massage gun afterwards, heating it up prior, putting allergy spray on the site after injection, taking allergy medicine before injection ; and a combination of all of the above. I still get isr's and bruising. The Klow has helped me SO much that, I still take it and work through the isr's. The after pain isn't too bad. The bruising adds up though.

I have ordered all of the Klow ingredients separately and the GHK-Basic, I sure hope the Basic is where the magic will happen with the isr's. It will be in next week!

Yep, you should be good. For me, the pain showed up after a few hours and lasted about 24, so if you’ve done 3 days now and not felt much discomfort, you’re one of the chosen ones. Enjoy!

Thank you for the info, im glad ut seems like in lucky but i feel bad for everyone that has a strong reaction to it. Do anyone know if there are research being done on why this occurs for some and other not?
