Is he taking grey market stuff or pharmacy stuff? Because he could mix the grey market stuff into one shot.
You can't just mix peptides that way. Many of them change the pH etc of the solution, and not all peptides can handle that. The ones that are combined, like GLOW/KLOW, are carefully thought out to use ones that don't interact with each other. But if you mix random ones together you might end up wrecking both.

I know it sounds obvious to us but i’d make sure he’s eating enough protein and staying hydrated, maybe suggest electrolyte powder. A lot of people don’t feel like eating protein so It’s possibly an issue for him, if he’s one of the many who are just taking the shot and not thinking about all the other factors involved.

Electrolytes were the key to my fatigue. Went from shot Fri night, sleep an extra 4-5 hours Saturday to not needing a nap at all Sat. Seriously a night and day difference.

Tried sema first, moved to Reta because of the fatigue. It was less but definitely still there. Tried Tirz… then decided to throw Liquid IV at the situation.

Less than half starting dose with each, so no appetite suppression, this is a side effect for me not an effect from a calorie deficit.

Granted: I had high blood calcium due to a parathyroid issue. (Cured as of 5 days ago, so glad) HOWEVER calorie deficit gets tossed around like it’s the only player in the fatigue space…. I am so glad you mention electrolytes.

Bottom line:

It’s relatively cheap and easy to try. Nothing to lose, doors opening to options is a great place to be.

I mixed up a liquid IV AM and PM with Tirz dosed Friday 6 PM, another drink Saturday AM. Maybe over time I can dial that back a notch but my “little” breakthrough makes the whole GLP-1 menu viable for me, whereas the fatigue would effectively shut me down for a day.

If it helps another person out on their journey that would be awesome.

Thanks.. He lives in Southeast Asia most of the time, so he's always chugging electrolytes. It's a good idea, but he's been doing that. Thanks.
