FOXO4-DRI

imma update this thread for the good of the community.

FOXO4-DRI appears to be available from a number of our favorite vendors under the code F410 (ex. Homopeptide sells it). I still have not been able to acquire a Janoshik CoA from any of them, however we can rely on the original CoA that I was provided since they all have the same product code.

Also here is the sequence breakdown from the CoA I originally posted:

As you can see, the F410 product contains an inverse HIV-TAT tag to facilitate membrane mobilization.

And I verified that that is the molecular sequence that Janoshik tests for. Since it's a reasonably large peptide , I know that I would buy two kits and I would test a vial if I was going to use it. It takes one and a half kits for a single treatment. Not saying I changed my position that I think it's a very dangerous peptide to test. But I might just get a couple of hits get the test done and put this in the freezer so I've got it.

I am sharing what I've got for research summaries for about two dozen different peptides. I'm not telling anyone what to do. Just sharing the information, I put together for myself. The perfect is the enemy of the good, these could be better, but instead of obsessing to clean them up I’m just sharing.

Please, if you find errors or missing information let me know. No ego here, I make mistakes.

If it isn't too much to ask, do you think you could perform a public service and just write "good, bad, or unclear" next to each peptide you listed. I would love to know the short version of what you've learned. Surely I cant be alone in this interest.

Thanks in advance!

I've been reading over the document, and agree, yes there are risks, but there are also many benefits. Everything I read here regarding (some of) the risks would also apply to other senolytics, such as D&Q and maybe fisetin. Also a matter of dosages; start small go slow, clear a little, not a lot, seems like a good strategy.

The biggest concern I have regarding FOXO4-DRI is that the peptide needs to cross two membranes and that this was achieved in the mouse studies by, iirc, fusing the peptide to an HIV vector. It was also delivered intravenously, which I won't be doing that lol.

Although, it's been difficult for me to acquire years, and the years have taught me to listen to the Universe. I will start slowly with D&Q. Maybe even D&Q&F(isetin).
You could always try some dry fasting. Excellent for ridding the body of senescent cells, also huge stem cell and other benefits. The Russians have been doing it for I think over 100 years. I’ve done 4.5 days but am wanting to do 7-9 days sometime soon.

I was planning to start with a milder Fisetin treatment this week, and then D&Q in a couple more weeks afterwards. I do have other health issues, which is what drew me into the peptide world in the first place. I don't think I should be fasting as I've been on retatrutide since last Sep and am getting to my physical limits with regards to weight loss. But thank you for the mention; whatever helps us as a community is
