Food noise again

Are you still losing weight even with the food noises? I guess if you’re still losing then no need to go up, but if the food noise gets to the point that you aren’t losing anymore then I would go up. Personally, I am only going up by .5mg at a time because I also want to titrate slowly and only as needed.

With how cautious you are, and how patient you've been with your titrations up, it's genuinely hard for me to see you hitting 15mg (a conservative "top" dose at this point) for another year.

What is your goal weight? and your height?
I would like to start with 150# as my goal weight and I am 5'5"

You must be really close to your goal! So I don't think you have anything to worry about with respect to topping out. But if you can get a hold of some Cagrilintide, that would definitely add a whole new dimension to your appetite suppression. It works on a different receptor--killing your hunger in a whole new way that your brain cells have not been desensitized to yet.

But you might just give titrating up on Tirz a chance so that you don't have to make a whole new purchase. Make sure you start walking at least 10,000 steps a day. That will nullify an extra 400 calories you might be tempted to eat.

Thanks for the compliment about my name!
I need to look more into the Cagri. I have seen people talking about it but don't know much about it.

Yes I am losing slowly which I am fine with because that is how I packed on these pounds.

Yeah I’m doubling down on keeping it clean and simply titrating up 1-2mg/wk if you are looking to increase your loss rate. I think that bump will last you for months.
