I've only been into this for a few weeks. I've gotten a lot of great information here and I'm grateful for all of you who have responded to my questions.

When I was first dipped my toes into these new waters, I joined a FB Reta group. Must have joined that the day before I joined this forum.

Now, I can't leave that group! Why you ask? It's almost like reality TV - chock full of ridiculousness. Some behave as though they are the world's leading authority on the subject and then, there's the people who have made purchases without doing ANY research at all. Case in point, there was a post asking advice on how to put the powder into the syringe

And then.... there's the roasted pig videos. Several of them ().

I'm hooked. Help!

I'm pretty sure I'm in the same group and wow, it is like watching a train wreck.

People treat this as though they are just taking another supplement. Can't imagine pinning anything I haven't done any research in.
