Started 10mg Tirzepatide on March 18th at 204 after a year on Wegovy heaviest was 237 several years ago. This morning I was 174.2. 30 pounds in three months is incomprehensible but I am so grateful. Haven’t had more than 2,000 on even one day in that time and try to stay right around 1500.

minor update:

4/03/26 - 229lbs
5/03/26 - 208lbs -21lbs
6/03/26 - 192lbs -16lbs
6/19/26 - 184lbs -8lbs so far
-45lbs total

currently taking 12mg every 5 days. this month has been very slow in terms of weight loss, so i went from 8mg to 12mg for the past 2 doses. i do need to buy smaller sweatpants & shirts soon too, cause these have become very baggy. i'll be posting a proper thread of my before/after on the third of july without the shirt on as seen below. my goal weight is low 170's, or maybe even going the distance til i see visible abs.

i don't lift or jog, or take any other drug besides reta. i live an extremely sedentary lifestyle. the weight loss has been absolutely insane for such a small cost.

I added reta after plateauing on tirz. It's working beautifully, no sides. I keep the doses low bc I'm in no great hurry and I'm still seeing progress.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I think I'm going to lower my tirz and bring in 0.5 reta and see how that helps. I was considering cagri but that seems to cause bad fatigue and I already have severe fatigue thanks to a health issue.

Started Tirz (prescribed) on since Mar 31/2025, diagnosed T2D. 😡

HW: 385lbs

SW: 331lbs (A1c 11.0) Mar 31/2025

CW: 211lbs (A1c 5.4) May 27/2026

120 lbs gone in 14 months (reached my goal "215 lbs" almost to the day!!)

Re-evaluating everything now... However, I continue to take Tirz, 7.5mg every 5 days

My journey consisted of:

Restricted calorie intake (1560cals/day),

IF (18/6 mostly)

Limited my daily carb intake to 50-80g...

I stuck with this religiously for the 1st 8 months....then allowed myself some "cheat bites" here and there!! Yes...Cheat bites!! Haha... I've loosened up 😆 since meeting my goal!

I didn't have an exercise plan, and didn't spend any time in the gym...On occasion, when i felt i needed it, I walked, and rode my bike! Recently adding some strength training...but struggling to stay consistent with it!!

I think fasting, and consistency was key to my success....I've gained and lost so many times in my 50 yrs....I think i finally figured it all out!!
That’s an incredible turnaround. Going from an A1c of 11.0 to 5.4 while losing 120 lbs is a huge accomplishment. It wasn’t just the Tirz; you put in the work with calorie control, fasting, carb restriction, and staying consistent for over a year. That’s the part a lot of people overlook. Now that you’re adding some strength training, you’ll probably benefit even more by preserving muscle as you move into maintenance. Congrats on earning those results! 👏💪

Great progress! Almost 30 lbs down in about three months is something to be proud of. The graph is exactly what you want to see; not perfectly straight, but consistently trending down despite the normal day-to-day fluctuations. Breaking under 300 is a huge milestone. Keep stacking those small wins, and you’ll be surprised how quickly you’re looking back at 298 the same way you’re looking back at 328 now. Keep it going! 💪

(SurgeryWeight) 315 and had gastric bypass. I lost major weight (227) and unfortunately had some regain this year.

(Starting weight) 247 and high blood pressure. I got hospitalized. In ICU for four days. This was March of this year. Started GLP in April.

(Current weight) After a stack and Tirz I weighed in at 206 pounds this morning!!! Wow!!! It’s the smallest I’ve been since 2001.

I’m at the gym 5-6 days a week. I feel great. Starting some other supps to help my health progress forward as well.

Started Tirz @386lbs 5wks ago on May 7th

DOWN 26lbs to 360lbs as of today, June 10th!!!!!!!!!!
That’s an incredible start!

26 pounds in just 5 weeks is a huge milestone. 🎉

Keep building on those healthy habits and don’t get discouraged if the pace slows a bit. The first few weeks are often the fastest, but steady, sustainable progress is what leads to long-term success.

Congrats on being 26 pounds lighter already, and here’s to the next milestone! 💪

I reached my third and final goal of 190 last weekend. Now I have to figure out what's next. I just received some Cagri to help ward off any munchies as I start to titrate down on Reta. I still plan to settle around 4-5 mg for the other benefits. That's the plan anyway. I have a large amount to last a long time. I don't even care what newer GLPs become available because it's like it was made for me. Now I have to focus on strength training to rebuild the muscle lost during the weight loss process.
I’ve really enjoyed following your journey over these last several months. Every update showed another goal getting checked off, and now you’ve reached the one you set out to achieve. That’s something to be proud of.

I like that you’re already thinking beyond the number on the scale. Maintenance and rebuilding strength are where the real long-term work begins, and it sounds like you’ve got a plan instead of just hoping for the best. Wishing you the same success in this next chapter as you’ve had getting here. Congrats on an incredible accomplishment! 💪👏

47M, 5-10

No reta: 258-218 over about a year

reta: 218-195 in 11 weeks

Probably going down to 175-180ish. May catch a wild hair and push for abs which would be upper 160s (been there before). I am in the fun part now where you look different every few pounds. Its a great place to be.

4mg/week, should not have to go up any more at this rate.

Started on mounjaro at 125kg, current weight 93 kg. Weightloss stalled completlety when the mounjaro prices went up and I tried wegovey, that did nothing. I bought Reta (probably not reta) from a reseller and gained weight. Went grey at the start of this year and restarted Tirz still nothing. Been on reta now for just under a month and scale is finally going in the right direction so 🤞

You can see when I had a heart attack on the graph. It turns out that thinking your going to die is a good motivator 🙂

I'm going to add a small amount of Reta to get me over the line and then start looking at maintenance. I think I'll adjust my goal down another 10kg or so as I still have quite a bit of belly fat. If I can get my waist to 34 I'll be happy.

6’5, 208lb is a very healthy weight. Everyone is in their own skin, mentally speaking…I’d love to be there for the health implications. Waist measurements for the sake of meeting a less valuable metric is where personally I’d reevaluate the goal

damn bro that is life changing. great for you. thoughts on any of the other peps? always curious to hear about others' experiences with everything else. We all know reta works lol.
MOTS for me is like a 3rd lung. It is only noticeable if I am pushing cardio or HIIT exercises. Sometimes a I feel a slightly more energetic vibe but mainly when I am actually doing workouts. Not really while lifting. The Tes/Ipa combo help my deep sleep numbers as measured by my sleep tracker. I also have much better numbers on visceral fat as measured by Dexa. I am not out of the complete danger zone yet but I am almost there. My next scan is at the end of August after my current 16 weeks on cycle. MT1 is AWESOME! I am a pale guy that just burns, peels and then back to pale. But now on MT1 I don't burn and have a nice tan. The Pinealon/Epitalon peps helped my REM sleep and in turn daily memory and cognition. Again measured by my sleep tracker. My skin is thicker on the copper but I haven't really noticed anything else yet on that one. I just finished week 9 at 3mg a day. I look forward to researching 5Amino-1mq, LIPO-C, SS-31 and KPV.

Haven't dropped my numbers in awhile.

38 M

5'11

Type 2 Diabetes/Hypertension/NAFLD

Highest Weight: 467

Starting Weight: 446

Current Weight: 254.9

Some other numbers. When I started last year I was wearing 5x tshirts and 58/60 pants depending on the brand. I am now wearing 2X shirts, size 46 pants. Feet also shrunk A whole size from 13.5 to 12.5

Currently on 15 mg tirz+2mg survo. Also using LIPO C. Thinking of adding that mito core/NM120 blend.
