So I’ve been using the assistance of ChatGPT to try to help. Make sure that I have the right dosage.

We all know that it’s not always accurate so I just wanted to check with the community and see if you guys agree with these numbers here. I plan on filtering and taking the Reta solution and putting it in a 3 mL sterile, vile for a pen.

Or would it be easier just to put 1mL in and then I have to take like 13 1/2 units for 1mg or 27 units for 2mg

That’s actually really useful man. I like it a lot actually. Do you recommend using more BAC water or less? Or does it not really matter?

It really depends on your research and RS. This article goes into great detail of the Phase 2 trial(s) conducted by Lilly and has some graphics hat may be informative.

more means bigger pins/jabs. Less could potentially mean more stinging/burning and less accurate dosage. Just going by what I’ve read. My stuff has been from “legit” sources so far. Happy to spoon feed any and all information I come across though. That is exactly what public forums are for 👍🏽

can someone please check my math as well

i have Reta 12mg vial. Planning to reconstitute it with 1ml (100 units ) of Bac water to get even 6 doses of 2mg .

i am also planning to micro dose to minimize and side effects. 1mg on Monday and 1mg on Friday. so i will drawing 10 units of Reta 12 on my 100 units of syringe.

Please let me know if i got it right.

You did not get it right.

If you want 1mg to equal 10 units from a 12mg vial you'd reconstitute with 1.2ml bac.

You need to draw 17 units according to the calculator.
 
I like the calculator below. You can clear the water and enter the desired units and it will tell you how much water.

This is correct or about 8.5 units, which is challenging, would give you your 1mg with your recon mix of 1ml.

However, with such a specific dose you would also want to ensure there was not significant overfill.

Also see Plotteras it impacts peaks valleys

at 2mg a week: 4th week will peak at 3 and valley about 1.85
