What is ms40 mg? And bbg70 mg?

And then my advice: you should try to find your own answers to your questions, so instead of getting an answer given to you, you can find out why you got that answer. Dosing and reconstitution are pretty basic concepts and you're going to need to figure it out on your own. That will help you going forward.

I don’t know what MS and BBG are, but I fear you wasted money with AOD. Either way, the protocol I saw on peptides.org was 0.5mg daily. 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

The word you'll use in your search (using the magnifying glass icon at the top) is "protocol" along with the name of the peptide.

There's no standard concentration for bac water, so along your journey of learning a lot more, you'll learn the basic approaches, supplies and online calculators to use for reconstitution. See below.

c'mon, everybody know ms40 is a criminal gang from some other country, and bbg is a tv network from the UK

You need to figure out the dose you want, in milligrams. We can't exactly provide that since it's a personal decision.

Then with the weight of product in the vial you can calculate how much BAC to add to get that dose into an appropriately sized syringe.
