I keep telling myself that improved cardiovascular health will bring the rhr back down, and that keeps not happening

Man. I tried really hard, because why DON'T you microdose retatrutride? Then after several minutes that sounds just like this to me, I was like you know what, never mind, I'm not taking retatrutide anyway and I just don't care.JoonyO said:I find myself reading the comments more than listening to him attack ANYONE who disagrees with his ideas/facts. Always a 30+ minute video with the 30 seconds of information I'm looking for in there...probably...somewhere. The guy rambles on about how he knows more than anyone else. If he didn't remind me I'd probably never have guessed.
Here ya go-30 min vid reduced for your reading pleasure:

I think the elevated RHR is not a "supernegative" side effect. I'm not a MD, though. I don't even play one on TV. I THINK it's one of the ways Reta burns fat-keeping the heart working JUST A LITTLE MORE than it used to. Just a hypothesis. But hey, what do I know?Rockybalboa said:I usually have 66 bpm.
Since i started with Retatrutid for about 2 months now. It has gone up to 80 BPM resting.
So thats a sideeffect that needs to be adressed.
And i am active and train @ gym 4-5 times a week.
So for me Retatrutid so far have two supernegative sideeffects and that is heartrate and sleepingproblems where i wake upp almost every hour during the night.

why not try Tirz?trialExtended said:This is the struggle that I am dealing with at the moment. In the past I succesfully lost 20+kg on 1,25mg Sema but gained it back. A few months ago I read about the new big thing, called Reta. I titrated up to 6mg in the mean time, I still have food noise, slight appetite suppresion on this dose but I am not really losing any weight.
But my biggest concerns are the heart rate and sleep issues. My Garmin thinks that I am under chronic stress, I also only sleep around 5,5-6 hours per night and since I started with Reta I have an eczema flare up around my eyes, which mostly occur when having stress. This week I actually made the decision to quit with Reta and switch back to Sema for now, apparently this peptide is not my cup of tea![]()

I've taken 100mg Tramadol long release tablet before going to sleep.juGGaKNot said:I think it was 70-80 before 1.75mg reta, now its more like 80-90 ( reta an glow )
Will see next week when i go to 3.5mg

But do you take it for pain, because then your RHR will most likelly be a bit higher, if it wore off. ( because of the pain)juGGaKNot said:I've taken 100mg Tramadol long release tablet before going to sleep.
HR was 70 when i woke up. Took 200mg more and went to get a tattoo.
HR was around 80 during the day.
Today i woke up ( Tramadol wore off ) and HR was 80, now 90 sitting at the pc.
I literary feel my chest warm or pulsating. Moving to 3.5 mg on Friday will be interesting.

My RHR was higher 5-10 or more on the lower doses (under 5), but now I'm at 7 mg it seems to be better. Maybe it's like other side effects, who gets better in time when adjusting to medicine and doses.juGGaKNot said:i took it for tattoo pain but it lowered the hr as well
now its back up 10 beats

That dude is an insufferable ass. I don't care about his trips to Disneyland. If he actually discusses an increased heartrate tell us where to skip ahead in the video just in case he does possess a kernel of knowledge.matt400 said:You may find this helpful.

Just curious, do you see a cardiologist? My rhr dropped into the 40’s and diagnosed with bradycardia with Av block. First appointment with cardiologist I went from his office to the ER. Pacemaker installed after a couple of days of testing. (MRI etc)Bourbaki1729 said:My RHR was right around 50 bpm for the 2 years prior to starting reta during the middle of June. It seems to have plateaued now.

Seriously, I am so allergic to the serious-podcast-man-with-knowledge-he-will-now-bestow voice. My brain just clicks off and my nervous system starts looking for an escape route.MsGizmo said:That dude is an insufferable ass. I don't care about his trips to Disneyland.
