Do you forage?

I did this for awhile. Raised quail for meat for the same reason;

We tried raising quail for meat but that didn't last long once we saw that they hatch with all their features feathers. Woa, three dozen pet quail upon ye.

Unfortunately a ferret got into the house who didn't share the same moral dilemma. I found this out when I tottered into my room and put my hand out for my special buddy to jump into and he didn't come out

Been there. There came a point where I was like "Ok, I don't wanna do this anymore, the rest of these guys can live out their lives as pets."
