DSIP is injected subq (belly fat) or IM (intermuscular) 2-3 hours before bedtime or mixed into a nasal spray. I have never heard of it being done as an IV. Is that done at a doctor's office?beingthere said:DSIP but has to be IV administered, I did it once, it worked relatively same as first time melatonin oral, then I woke up to reality and I realised it is too much of a gamble with my health to create a habit and went back to sleeping pills. IV injecting a compound from an underground lab with 0 oversight is pushing your luck too far

Long time insomnia sufferer here. Been taking zolpidem ER for several years now, but even with it, I sometimes cannot fall asleep at all. I also use 5HTP and magnesium glycinate.Glowworm said:I have tried DSIP for about a week. It didn't help my sleep. I felt it made it a little worse. I felt I woke up more often. I didn't wear my Oura ring, so I don't have proof of sleep quality. I need to get back into the habit of wearing it. My issue is falling asleep. I can't take melatonin, because it makes me feel terrible. I have been taking Trazodone before bed for 15 years to help me fall asleep with no bad side effects. I wish I could find something that would replace Trazodone. I take magnesium before bed. I have a stash of Epitalon, but I haven't tried it yet. Maybe I will do a cycle of that before trying DSIP again.

I've recently added DSIP and Epitalon, while still taking a half a zolpidem to help with falling asleep. I tried epitalon first. Worked great the 1st day (300mcg), the 2nd day nothing. I added an extra 100mcg that same night and slept well. The next 2 days I did 400 mcg and the next day it didn't work. I added another 100mcg the next day and I slept better. The day after at 500 mcg didn't work again. I increased to 800 mcg on the following day and it was so so. I was at a loss, but thankfully the DSIP arrived. I pinned 100mcg the first night, ended up pinning another 100mcg and slept. The next night of 200 mcg was not so good - up for a couple of hours.
So I rethought my protocol and decided to cycle on and off epitalon/DSIP every other day. Epitalon still isn't working well, DSIP was doing better. Last night was epitalon time and again it didn't working so I got up around 2:00am and pinned a 100mcg of DSIP on top of the epi. Slept well the rest of the night.
It appears epitalon alone isn't the answer for me except when paired same day with DSIP. Still working on the protocol obviously. I will continue to take epitalon for the other benefits it provides and pin DSIP along with it for sleep. Crossing fingers for improved sleep.

Do you use Selank in the PM? I use Selank in the AM 3x/week right now and have noticed that it makes me generally more productive. Yesterday was my 10th day of DSIP & EPI one hour before bed and I'm struggling with getting to sleep and staying asleep-prior to starting them I was only having the wakig at 2:30am problem. I'm gonna have to research timing of those peps more as your timing is different than standard protocols and now I'm wondering if I shouldn't adjust the timing to the afternoon. I know there are some people who are enegized with magnesium glycinate and they have to take it earlier in the day becasue it impacts their ability to sleep so I'm thinking this is something similar. Glad I came across your post.Valerie said:The more reading I do, I am finding "longer " protocols are better. A positive impact on sleep may not be noticed for days or even weeks. Peps that help sleep don't work like sedatives so you may not notice any change in sleep the day or night you take them; admittedly this was my expectation! They build up in the system and makes changes over time.
People report taking Dsip on a Monday with improved sleep Wednesday-Friday. (I don't have the source readily available)
I've run Dsip, Pinelaon, Epithalon, ipa/cjc.
Falling asleep and staying asleep has been an issue for me for years and the older I get, the more challenging it becomes; which is unfortunate as "repair" is essential to good physical and mental health.
Initially I quit Dsip expecting quick results, but I'm back on a regular daily schedule.
It energizes me, so I take it in the morning. I have both sub q and IN. It's only been a week; nothing to report.
Epitalon; running the 10 day a month protocol. Didn't notice any effect until day 6. My body became "naturally" tired around 8:30pm - which never happens so some changes are occurring; what I can't say.
I ran Pinealon alone but not very long. It energizes me so I take it early.
It does not "induce" sleep however, I felt more refreshed when I wake. Once I finish my Dsip study, I will go back to running a full Pinealon protocol. Stimulates the pineal gland to make melatonin among other things. I'm encouraged by what I'm finding about Pinealon.
The only combo I've tried that "induces" sleep is ipa/cjc no dac. I'm doing that 5 day on 2 off protocol. It definitely works.
Edit:: final mention :: Selank is great to help induce sleep as well. I use selank and semax "as needed ".

I took 4mg SS-31 daily in the morning for several months and it gave me a nice energy boost plus got rid of brain fog. I took it as a first step to repair mitochondria. I’m in my early 60s. I take 10mg melatonin (huge dose) when my sleep cycle gets knocked off or when sleep anxiety is problematic.PAPoots said:Has anyone here taken SS31 to help with sleep issues

I paid $280 for a kit of 10x50mg vials. PAE (group buy) has same size kit for $245 (buy form looks like it’s still open). They also have 30mg MOTS-c on same buy form. I ran that for 2 months after the SS-31 and then I switched to NAD+ for the 3rd part of my mitochondria cycle.PAPoots said:Without a grey source that would be around 500 a month, at a CorePeptide price of 263 for a 50mg vial.
