Ah, ok good. Thank you for that. BAC is definitely not recommended but some RSs do it anyway. Yikes.

I'm a little anxious as to any nasal sides, as I do have pretty constant seasonal allergies and can tend to dry nose and even occasional nosebleeds. I'll be using saline a lot and hoping that and claritin keeps any other sides at bay. Also, anxious about how I'll react at all, of course!

saline won't irritate your nose. i have some chronic rhinitis, and no irritation from semax or selank.

it's better delivery to the hard drive = your brain. Works within minutes.
 
don't need at vial tool, you just mix i vial and pull out, like when you do cartridges for pens.

When I was having the worst season allergies I would use the Navage cleaner before and after bed. It helped a lot. I’ve hung onto it and just started using it before morning and evening dose.

No sorry if I confused you. Sterile saline pods. I bought a box of 100 5ml from Amazon. It’s much easier than drawing from a large bottle and worrying about drawing from the same bottle over and over.

I get it. I have to have some on hand anyway for nebulizer treatments. I've had one last up to a year, but that's inhaled, not sprayed up your nose.
 
I'm about to give selank and semax a try, i'm always overthinking and my short memory is fucked, i have a drug abusing background, too much alcohol, mdma, cannabis, ecstasy in my 20s, tried to compensate my childhood trauma through all the drug using. i had panic attacks 4/5 years ago which lasted almost 2 years, felt like a heart attack every day, got to the cardiac doctor but everything was fine, are these two repairing the nerves/wiring in the brain? So would the benefits/effects lasting even after stop taking these two compounds?

I took my first dose of Selank this afternoon. Felt I slight lift and relaxation but today was a shit show of a day so I should have waited. I’ll be giving both Semax and Selak another shot tomorrow.
 
They are supposed to have on going residual effects. Sorry to hear what you've been through. I know all about childhood trauma. Check out Selank and also Adalank, an NA version of Selank. Adalank is suggested for PTSD and GAD and is an enhanced version of Selank. I would start with Selank first and see what that does for you.

Yes. I tried Selank sub-q months ago and had no effect whatsoever.

I reconned my first nasal application of NA Selank this evening and took two sprays in each nostril and moments later fully felt that come on. I couldn't tell you exactly "what" came on but definitely a mental adjustment. And now I can't sleep.

I'm going to pay more attention tomorrow and try it in the late afternoon instead of an hour before bed.

Yeah - it was a trip. Maybe one squirt per instead of two cuz I'm not entirely sure if I reconned it "correctly" or not. I did use a calculator to get close but moving liquid pep and saline from one container to another and the COA said 13.5 and I just did my typical 2ml for 10 and yadda yadda. 🙂

All in the name of research.
 
Ah. I read recommended starting dose for standard IN Selank is 300 mcg total, working up to 600-900 mcg based on response. At least you got a decent response, regardless of the hour.
 
Thanks for your kind words guys appreciate it, does it also help for social anxiety? I always used alcohol for this, to get socially open really weird it worked but in retrospective i should have faced my fears because this shit fucked up my whole mindset, stopped alcohol for 6 months now and its really hard to connect with people at partys or even meetings, i'm also doing my master for plumbing this year, it was the main reason why i looked at semax and selank because i'm out of school for like 11 years haha

Iv had a vial of Selank sitting in my fridge for a while, after a pretty stressful day I thought I would give it a try. I took 500mcg around 9pm. I didn't notice much last evening but this morning I woke up and realized this is the first night iv slept through the night in maybe a year? I normally wake up multiple times through out the night from what I assume is a cortisol rush (being self employeed can do this haha).

Yeah, controlling social anxiety us one of its main uses. I have a long history with alcohol and Reta helped me stop completely. I started it to lose weight, but even 1 mg eliminated any desire I had for alcohol. Social gatherings just mean I have some Sprite or seltzer with a lime and no one cares. Someone can drink in front of me now and it's the same as watching paint dry. I think I will always be on it for that reason alone. Great job staying sober for 6 months. One day at a time.
