58M - 195lbs w/ cancer history

I started Reta about 3 weeks to drop about 20-30lbs. I did weight training 20 years ago and have this vision of getting truly back in shape with lifting while dropping some weight. I do feel some lethargy with Reta and looked into either Mots-C or SS-31.

I've had cancer(both skin cancer and a cancerous tumor in the neck) and determined I really should stay away from anything using Angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation, which tumors can hijack for growth and metastasis).

According to Grok I should avoid these peps based on my history:

CJC-1295 (with or without DAC)

Ipamorelin

Sermorelin

GHRP-2, GHRP-6

Tesamorelin

Any IGF-1 analogs (IGF-1 LR3, IGF-1 DES)

However Mots-C and or SS-31 seem to be okay. Can anyone chime in with their experience with using Mots or SS-31 to help power through exercise routines?

Thanks!

I have used MOTS-C pre workout 3 days a week. Amazing! Gives a real boost. I have also used SS-31 pre workout, but not as big of a lift for me. Feel great with SS-31, but not the boost I got from MOTS-C. I use NAD+ on the days I'm not using MOTS-C when on a MOTS cycle. I have heard others say they use NAD+ and MOTS-C pre-workout with amazing results. Planning on trying that next cycle of MOTS.

As far as using AI for health advice, I don't see any issues with it. The only thing to be aware of is often AI affirms your slant on things, or at least what it learns about you. I always ask it to give me evidence for and against advice.

Okay, yes a mitochondrial cleanser is absolutely on the cards for you. I would look at SLU-PP-33, then SS-31 first. I would also look at capsules of an ephedra fat burner which has caffeine and other useful stuff in it. You could look at Tesofensine too which I am using. I use Epicatechin and Urolithin-A too. There seems to be a synergistic effect and I have dropped 2 lbs in 2 days, though I'm having a hard time accepting that. I am doing a stack with Adipotide and AOD-9604 along with the Wolverine stack.

Regarding using Ai, I am aware of it's bias towards being agreeable but it's honestly provided me very, very good advice which I then corroborate in this forum and elsewhere. While GROK and others are not perfect they do a very good job of quickly analyzing available data and synthesizing it pretty darn well.

Grok does keep stressing to consult with an Oncologist before proceeding I can't help think they would have no idea about the peptides interactions.

I've read that BPC-157 should be also avoided for cancer survivors.

As it can possibly activate a dormant cancer cells.

I would also look into maybe some keto/fasting cycles to further clean things up. I’m 43 post menopause and have used ss-31 and nad mots c on the way the first two weren’t crazy at first but after about 8 weeks I really notice a shift in my energy. Less need for naps. Definitely getting that mitochondrial dysfunction under control. Excited to see what motsc does.
