You make some very good points and in hindsight I have no doubt realised I have rushed making this thread, next time I will take my time and explain everything in more in detail.Dos-Dox said:The bottom line is arcticfox hasn’t given us enough info to make a judgment on that. He or she told us the current dose is 3 mg. Don’t know if that’s weekly or multiple times per week. Don’t know if calories are being tracked. Don’t know how long he or she has used this product that was stored warm for a month before reconstitution. Don’t know if that weight gain was the next day or consistent over the course of a couple of weeks. I personally track my weight daily because it bounces around, but the overall trend is downward. It’s easy to get discouraged when you get a number that’s higher, but it normally trends downward when you zoom out IF you are still doing your part. But if I had a binge week and gained weight, I wouldn’t blame the reta. I wouldn’t even say “well, I wouldn’t have wanted to binge if the reta was working.” I’m hungry a LOT on reta, but it helps me to tune out and sort of ignore it when it’s between meals. Everyone is different. I eat whatever I want but I don’t eat whenever I want and I track calories regardless. We can’t rely solely on the reta to do all of the work.

It does, I got stuff in December that was on a shelf since April in China. They'll say it's stored at low temperature controlled facilities. I don't believe it for a nano second. Ever see their refrigerated warehouse pics? Me neither, just boxes stacked and wrapped on pallets in dry storage, otherwise we'd pay triple.articfox said:we can only assume that.

Same that's why I'll take 1mg of sema with my 10mg reta....BadLouie said:I never felt anything on reta.

You mean the Chinese peptide fairies don't bring it on velvet pillows at night when the warehouse is empty, like my vendor tells me? I am disappoint.Airborne Daddy said:It does, I got stuff in December that was on a shelf since April in China. They'll say it's stored at low temperature controlled facilities. unfortunately ive never had much of a response to sema either, i think my body is broken.Airborne Daddy said:Same that's why I'll take 1mg of sema with my 10mg reta....

maybe you just need much higher doses. What's the highest you went to on any? How long did you try those amounts? Just curiousBadLouie said:unfortunately ive never had much of a response to sema either, i think my body is broken.

I see what you are saying, and yeah Ive seen those pictures as well. Maybe the temperature is more stable in their dry storage area compared to my un insulated shed that has massive temperature fluctuations. Just guessing, it could also be a dud batch that I have.Airborne Daddy said:It does, I got stuff in December that was on a shelf since April in China. I went to 8mg in two days and there was no change with my appetite, I tried it for one week before purchasing a new batch. On Wednesday I got my new batch I have since taken 3mg and I am stoked to say Im back on the reta train. The only other thing I can think of if it was not the fluctuating temps that damaged the lyophilized vials, maybe they were something else or complete flops from the get go.mlke6 said:maybe you just need much higher doses. I never went super crazy but i was on 15 Tirz and started adding sema and even with a 2.5 max i never really felt any significant response. I then tried Reta and got up to 10mg weekly and i never felt reta at any dose. Tirz seems to be the only one that is decently effective on me.mlke6 said:maybe you just need much higher doses. 10mg...How long did it take you to titrate up that high? I'm on 4mg, which took months but when I tried to bump up to 4.5 my heart felt like was constantly racing. So I've stayed at 4mg. The reduction in inflammation is huge for me, but I haven't lost any weight. I was a non-responder to tirz all the way up to 7.5mg, zero pounds but huge benefits to inflammation. I wanted to titrate up higher but the exhaustion and body aches were killing me. Personal thoughts/opinions?Airborne Daddy said:Same that's why I'll take 1mg of sema with my 10mg reta....

What are your thoughts on Survo?Zydeceltico said:I'm not on reta but am on tirz/survo since last fall, have been at gw since Nov 1, 25 and feel nothing - however - I've been comfortably at gw since Nov 1, 25. For me, it's not about feelz - it's about efficacy.
Of course, that definitely calls into question my entire health protocol and not just kidding myself that the weekly peptide injection is going to magically do all the work.

I've been on glps for like 16 months. So I'm guessing that counts towards titration but I generally run tirz 4 to 6 months, then reta 4 to 6 months, back and forth. I'm not a great responder but with reta started at 4mg and was up to 8mg within 2 months.... started adding 1mg of sema for better suppression. Guess I ran that a good 10-12 weeks and now 10mg reta. My heart rate chilled out after 2 or 3 months on reta.ContainHer said:10mg...How long did it take you to titrate up that high? I'm very happy with the energy and "normalcy" turn that survo brings me. I can eat if I want and not if I don't and don't have any real sides to speak of and have been floating around gw for 3 months.ContainHer said:What are your thoughts on Survo?

That’s pretty fantastic, thank you!Zydeceltico said:I'm very happy with the energy and "normalcy" turn that survo brings me. I can eat if I want and not if I don't and don't have any real sides to speak of and have been floating around gw for

I wish I could answer that. I have not tried reta yet. I started stacking survo with tirz for the reta-like effect however I read many times about increased BP on reta which, due to underlying cardiac conditions, I wanted to avoid by being able to control the dosage to the 3rd receptor. I, of course, had no idea if that would actually work so I started small and increased over time to 1.8 of surv. I'm pleased to report that I have experienced no increase in BP at all. YMMV.Chopper said:Im curious how the survo/tirz combo compares to reta. Im currently stacking 1.5mg reta and 3.5mg tirz as energy feels better on reta and weight loss is great but tirz help alot more with joint pain and the like. I have considered trying survo/maz in reta's place but Im unsure if there would be any benefit or downfall.

Thank you so much for this reply, It sounds like your approachZydeceltico said:I wish I could answer that. I have not tried reta yet. I would not have been comfortable with reta for this reason alone.
That said - I do have a vial of R10 and now - after 3 months of stacking T and S with success - have been contemplating actually trying the reta to see how it compares. I would not stack this which is why i am still not committing to it because - in my mind - for a true comparison I would have to have a washout of T and S first and that would take weeks and I am on a really comfortable auto-glide rhythm currently.
