Considering Survodutide

Only a month ?? that's very short.

There are a lot of individual factors, we don't know. Some people respond well to sema, some to tirz etc.

Just like some people don't respond to the drugs at all.

Did you try Maz ?
I really hope it's not true for most. I'm heading into week four on a very small dose stacked against a small dose of tirzepatide, and I REALLY like it so far.

What is your dose ? That's great to hear.

I think it must be individual, because the studies doesn't show that, they wouldn't go to phase 3, if the effect diminishes after 1 month.

I was moving it around a bit, but I'm sort of settled on 0.3 mg of survo on Tuesday, 0.5mg of tirz on Friday. I started stacking it because the fatigue from tirz is manageable but a bit of a bummer for me, and I'd heard people say Survo helps. It does, a very little, but it also seems to make weight come off me just a little bit easier so far. Hard to tell for sure, because it's not been a full month yet, but it sure seems it.

Oh, wow, you are very sensitive since you can feel that effect, I'm jealous. 🙂

Maybe that, or maybe I'm very imaginative. I AM susceptible to placebo effect, which is something I NEVER bother to fight because it saves me money.

I just need a lot of drugs ;-)

maz is trash imo very little results for me

What is the protocol for Survo when stacking with Tirz? I realize this is probably a dumb question, but I can only seem to find bits of information. I couldn’t even really find anything on STG.

I saw this post about the clinical trial, which I assume was for Survo only. Would this protocol work for stacking, too? Or is this one of those things where you start with 150-300 mcg and figure it out on your own based on tolerance?

I think the survo clinical testing has two arms that relate to the ultimate maintenance dose - either 3.6 or 6. The 3.6 arm starts with a dose of 300mcg for 4 weeks and moves up to 600mcg for 4 weeks, and continues to move up every 4 weeks to 1.2mg, 2.4mg, 3.6mg, 4.8mg, and 6mg, with 3.6 being the maintenance dose. I guess the other arm started at 600mg and its maintenance dose is 6mg.

looking over the clinical trials it leads to weight loss at a little over 150% as that of Sema when both administered in higher doses but had about the same rate of side effects. Curious if this could be an alternative for those who’ve topped out at the 2.4mg of Sema and want to switch amino acid chains in order to “start fresh”, like if the receptors would treat it differently. Would be an interesting experiment.

Not yet. I’ve got NAD+ and MOTS-c on order though. Been on order so long I need to re-read on how to start these.
I freaking loooooove NAD+ and MOTS-c, been doing 50mg of NAD+ daily but I’m 5’11” and just under 150lbs. Husband takes 100mg daily at 6’3” 195lbs. Some folks take as much as 200mg daily and some as low as 25mg - all sub-q, not IV.

I had to dilute mine to 50mg/mL, warm it in my palms and inject at least 8mm deep, nice and slow. If you inject shallow, cold or not diluted enough it can leave a lasting burning feeling, not too bad but it’s uncomfortable.

This is not "The" protocol- just MY protocol. I took some advice from some forums and added a little bro science and came up with this. I wanted to use up my tirz compounded stock with a BUD before moving on to my reta hoard, but impatience got the best of me so I added survo for my very own DIY Reta (trademark). Even though I have a 'weeks' column, I'm going by the feelz and titrate up when I feel like it. I'm up to 5mg tirz+1.2mg survo x 2 a week.

I messed up on the Lau, et al., hyperlink. That won't allow you full-text access without seeing a paywall. Use this link for Lau, et al.

you wrote "I'm up to 5mg tirz+1.2mg survo x 2 a week" so are you dosing 4x a week? 10mg tirz/2.4mg Survo overall?

Yep, just to be clear, I inject 5mg tirz+1.2mg survo on Sunday and Thursday for a total weekly dose of 10mg tirz/2.4mg survo. I also confess to the occasional .5mg of cagri thrown in at random just because I'm a crazy MF'er who lives ballz to the wallz and I take great joy throwing my sugar/ carb craving to the deepest pits of hell for a few days. I don't even like to see its ugly, stupid face.

Yeah I find myself using chatgpt more and more for answers to random questions. Remarkable tech really... one of those innovations that changed the landscape seemingly overnight. Maybe not changed for the better either now with pretend experts but really are just quick with ChatGPT.

If I use it, I usually say something like "From ChatGPT"...
ChatGPT can be amazing in finding good answers. However, when I asked it to prepare a chart of 5 peptides to see how much they activate GLP-1, GIPR, and GCGR, ChatGPT provided right information as to four peptides but wrong information as to survodutide. (The chart with the black background that @Lullabytreehugger posted is correct.) ChatGPT is too useful to ignore. However, I wish it got better at not making mistakes. It's okay if it says that it doesn't know. Also, when I asked it to make a picture of dinosaur scrotum, ChatGPT refused.

Inquiring minds want to know...

I intended on replying with an AI photo of a dinosaur scrotum to this post: [archived internal link]

Further research led me to the conclusion that humans do not know whether male dinosaurs had scrotums.
