I’d take a mahindra roxor. Are they like Eva and I can get a roxor for free with my peps?
I doubt Richard will do that unless you buy them from him like one of the single vial sellers mentioned 25k times a day on social media.

Also mahindra roxors are like $30k

So cheaper than going to Walmart or Costco every day. Now the only place I browse without a list is Dollar Tree.

J5 is blowing out the last of their survo and whatever doesn’t sell is going to get sent off to another reseller in like a week. FYI

He has a new order form I can probably share if anyone wants. Pm me I guess

Edit I verified with Johnny it’s ok to share the form. If you place an order and aren’t on his server he’ll send you an invite he says.

Here’s the testing on the 12mg

Janoshik Analytical

It’s $225 on the current form with free shipping if you choose usps 🤷‍♂️

I don’t get anything out of it just trying to help Johnny out. I like how he operates so I’d like to see him stick around so I can continue to buy off him lol

Yeah, same here. I got 5 of those Survo12 kits and have started using it already. It lives up to it's Jano results (strong stuff!).

The 2 reasons I loaded up on Survo are because I have a freezer full of Tirz and am basically on a "ghetto reta" protocol for now. Additionally, I'm going the Survo route for now because the glucagon component is milder and less prone to arrhythmias and big jumps in HR of up to 20 BPM noted for higher dose Reta (anecdotally, I'm increasingly seeing this side effect mentioned as reason for discontinuing Reta).

Survo is a great stack. I really liked it with Tirz and Sema combined.... All three and I felt like I covered my bases.

Now I'm trying RETA out to see if I can notice any difference. I titrated up really fast on RETA. Not advice for anyone but my general approach is if I feel something isn't working, I'll do a mid-schedule bump. Usually choosing survo for that bump or sema, depending on days.

It feels very "willie nillie" but my tolerance is pretty high. I was on 20mg of tirz a week, 4mg of sema and 6mg of survo per week (split into two dose days).

Couple more weeks I’ll bump up to the max survo dose, I think it’s 6mg. Shits getting expensive lol

I’ve only got about a years worth on hand

Yikes! That sounds like a pretty potent stack. How did it work for you or did it stop working, causing you to move to Reta? What dose of Reta are you on now and how is it working given the potent previous stack?

I lose track... I think I'm hovering around 12mg of RETA a week... I want to say I'm at 10, but I know I've bumped.

I dunno that it stopped working. I haven't really tried to lose weight. I just want it to magically fall off like it did earlier. I blame my wife for providing me desert every night. I don't care how not hungry I am, there's always room for ice cream.

I have a T-shirt that says “I beat Ozymp!€“ but that was due to beer and dark liquor. Also, my friends are a-holes. I’m impressed by those numbers. 5mg every 5 days is a lot for me.

That's pretty good! I'd probably rotate it like 3.5 to 4 mg every three days to keep things a bit smoother. I think that's the equiv of 5mg every 5

I'm glad you did. I picked up klow components from him a few weeks ago, and grabbed a kit of Survo from him the other night. Only one; it seems likely that I'll never even get to the point of needing it; I've lost twenty pounds since I started tirz (July 29th) and have only titrated up to 4.4mg per week, which I'm feeling like is a little high for me right now and plan to try 3.3 next week. I only have 30 pounds left to goal, so if I stay focused, I ought to get there before I titrate up too much further. But I wanted a full kit from a good seller in the freezer to keep my anxiety down.

This may help many of you guys out, have a look at the Ki values.
Does anyone have a source for the the graphic below? I searched for it and I saw that it was on Reddit too. But I wanted to know if there was a scholarly source.

As I understand, this is is from several in vitro studies, so nothing testet on humans.

But it's a summary from several studies done.

They show this in a lot of articles, as a sum up of results.

These:

Tirzepatide (Mounjaro)

Coskun T, Sloop KW, Loghin C, Alsina-Fernandez J, Urva S, et al.

Lilly’s tirzepatide: dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist for type 2 diabetes.

Front Endocrinol. 2022

👉 Reports Ki for GIPR = 0.135 nM and GLP-1R = 4.23 nM in HEK293 cells.

Semaglutide & Liraglutide

Knudsen LB, Lau J.

The discovery and development of liraglutide and semaglutide.

Front Endocrinol. 2019

👉 Contains binding and activation data for GLP-1R (semaglutide Ki ~0.38 nM).

Retatrutide (LY3437943)

Urva S, Coskun T, Loghin C, et al.

LY3437943 is a triple GIP, GLP-1, and glucagon receptor agonist for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

Diabetes 2022 (Abstracts, ADA) + preclinical data from Eli Lilly

👉 Shows affinity for all three receptors (nanomolar range).

Survodutide (BI 456906)

Brandt SJ, Gotfredsen CF, et al.

Dual GLP-1/glucagon receptor agonist BI 456906: preclinical pharmacology.

Diabetes Obes Metab. 2021

👉 Affinity measured in cAMP assays for GLP-1R and GCGR.

Mazdutide (IBI362/LY3305677)

Yang J, Wang S, et al.

Mazdutide (IBI362), a novel GLP-1/glucagon receptor dual agonist: preclinical characterization.

Diabetes Obes Metab. 2022

👉 Receptor binding data for GLP-1R and GCGR.

CagriSema (cagrilintide + semaglutide)

Both components have their own in vitro profiles:

Cagrilintide: amylin receptor agonism (CTR/RAMP complexes) → presented in Novo Nordisk preclinical papers (Diabetes 2020 abstract).

Semaglutide: see above (Knudsen & Lau).

we have had this pic for at least 2 years and i can confirm on my test RD that most of these numbers are correct on effects. Now how long effects and feels last vary VASTLY imo

survo starts off strong but weakens fast after a month of usage.

Only a month ?? that's very short.

There are a lot of individual factors, we don't know. Some people respond well to sema, some to tirz etc.

Just like some people don't respond to the drugs at all.

Did you try Maz ?
