Considering stacking Tirz and Reta

Hey all,

Been a while since I’ve posted on here. I’ve been on tirz for a while now, currently at 15 mg and have stalled for a few months.

I want to break this stall, and instead of increasing tirz dose, I am considering adding on Reta. Has anyone done this or have you heard of people? Obviously there are no studies on stacking the two, but anecdotally, what have you heard? Risks? How would you guys go about doing this in terms of dosing and timing of injections?

I have a few times here and there. But Reta works so well on its own, stacking is not really necessary. But some stack Tirz with Cagri or Survo or Sema.

I stalled on Tirz, added 1mg of Reta 2 days after 12.5 tirz. Working very well.

Literally stopped Tirz and started Reta. Although I was at a low tirz dose (2.5 mg) so the transition was pretty seamless. And was on Tirz alone for under 2 months.

If you're on low dose Tirz, just stop it cold turkey and switch to Reta (was my case, was at 2.5 mg). Been a while but I think I started Reta at 2 mg/week.

If you're on high dose Tirz (I would say 7.5 mg or more), bring it down slowly and add in Reta on a weekly basis. Try tapering over 4-6 weeks.
