I’ve had dermatillomania (skin picking disorder) for as long as I can remember. I’ve been on tirz for about 6 months now and haven’t had the urge to pick in months. I’m just curious if anyone else has had a similar experience. Please share! 🙂

On 2.5mg tirz I had no urge to vape delta8 or bite my nails. I have nails that extend past my fingers for the first time ever now.

Did not help my picking disorder unfortunately but I'm still on the lowest dose, we'll see how it goes when I step up to 5mg. If my picking compulsion cleared up I would stay on tirz even if I didn't see any weight loss, it's plagued me since I was a kid.

Super glad it has helped you with that, truly, it must feel so freeing to not have to do put up with the stress of picking anymore.

That’s awesome! Biting your nails is such a hard habit to kick. I noticed a difference with the skin picking when I bumped to 5mg and really started loosing weight, I’m confident you will see results as you get further into your journey. Best of luck to you!

This is me on any GLP1 so far. It's wild how different it is.

Yes! I have hair pulling (trichotillomania) and have been able to get off NAC. If highly stressful situations come up, it pops back up, but not to the previous extent. I’ve got eye lashes again and thinking about buying mascara, crazy!!!

Didn't help with my OCD. It killed my urge to play video games though. It's still enjoyable but I have to make a conscious decision to play now.
I’m like this w fly fishing. Used to be my main hobby, now I have to sort of force myself to do it. I enjoy it fine, but I don’t feel compelled to go.
