CJC no dac + Ipamorelin ratios and dosage

Hey everyone, I’m curious about how people dose CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin. I’ve seen some protocols split doses morning and night, and I’ve also seen different ratios used, like 1:1 or 1:2 with more IPAM. Can anyone share what their typical daily dosing schedule and ratios look like, and how splitting it affects the results?
 
I have the blend and have been doing one dose before bed. I would also be interested to know what different ratios people have been using.
 
I've been on a quest to find dosing protocols and results. I'm still not 100% convinced that I have settled on anything optimal. Still looking for more info.

However, I started with 100mcg each CJC and Ipa at bedtime. Initially right before bed, but after some trial and error, 30 minutes before bed is better for me.

I have had great sleep many nights, and crap sleep if I've had any alcohol. (Going to skip dosing if I have a couple beers going forward)

The morning of day 7 I started 100mcg of each in the morning shortly after getting up. I'm hoping the fat burning benefits of this aren't just rumor. Still going to do night time dose also.

Today (day 9) I decided to up the dose to 150mcg of each for both morning and night.

Either is fine in terms of when, as long as you haven’t eaten for a few hours. I prefer it in the morning because I sleep soon after I eat. But if you’re looking for more or the sleep benefits I have read it’s better to take it at night. I do a 1:1 ratio and 125 mcg each. If I skip a day I do about 175 mcg each. So far that has worked really well. Still haven’t gotten used to the head rush, tho.
 
I made a long post but I essentially did 250/250mcg twice a day, this gave me an IGF-1 level of 405 which is about as high as you want to go long term.

I am now on 4IU HGH and getting the same 405.

YMMV.

I am deciding to stick with HGH because

1 pin a day.

much more long term saftey data.

lower risk of developing a histamine reaction.

Even though I had signifiant side effects to start, I feel subjectivley a lot better on HGH.

Thank you this helps alot, did u start at a low dose then titrate up? and what was the biggest advantage in effects for cjc+ipa? hows the hgh working so far im thinking of switching to hgh in the near future also.
 
I'm taking it about 15mins before bed, as sleeping is when you get your largest natural GH pulse, which these amplify. I'm usually fasted by about 3hrs at that point. I'd discovered that taking it when I wasn't fasted was pretty much as good as throwing it in the bin. And meaning fasted, I mean anything with a calorie content.

Re dosage, the way I've recon mine is at 300mg, so 150 of each.

hgh is simply all around better. it gives you a larger, longer gh pulse, mobilizes fat more effectively and stimulates hyperplasia easier. you pin much less as well. an exogenous subq gh dose generates a rise for about 6 hours mostly due to the slow absorption rate of water through subq fat cells.

personally when I used CJC+ghrp2 for a while (ghrp2 is signficantly stronger than ipa) it increased my overall IGF1 levels by about 50% (110 -> 160), brought me from -0.05ULN to 0.5 ULN / Z score

I've read about some people hyper respond and report 2-3x elevated above baseline.

4iu gh daily hgh puts me around 400 igf1 level with a 1.75 ULN

If you want somewhere in between, CJC-1295+DAC was studied in medical literature and a dose of 30mcg/kg was reported to increase HG by 2-10x and IGF1 by 1.5x to 3x for 9-11 days in healthy volunteers. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16352683/
 
I use 250mcg/250mcg in the morning, fasted. I can actually feel the flushness rushing in within a minute or two. I tried the evening and it did not produce the same effect. Maybe it was not enough fasted time before bed or could be the reta. Josh Holyfield posted about taking Tesa or CJC in the mornings insead of the evenings because the glp slows the digestive system and you aren't truly fasted in the evening. Don't know how true that is but I actually felt the CJC in the mornings.

I see, maybe hgh might be the switch in a few months after taking cjc+ipa, ill take 300mcg split between morning and night fasted and potentially titrate up to 400/500 depending on how i feel, ill give a look through the article to see if it helps support my decision, thank you so much.
 
Just a quick update on the third week of CJC/Ipa for me. Been dosing 150mcg before bed, about 2hrs after my last food. I am also dosing 150mcg first thing in the morning and then having my first meal about 3-4 hours later. Sleep has become consistently better. I was already getting good sleep, but I am falling asleep faster, and staying asleep through most of the night.

I have also been on reta for two and a half months. I was losing around 1.5-2 lbs/week until I started CJC/Ipa. I have lost maybe 2 pounds the last three weeks, but my smart watch is showing and increase in muscle mass, and a decrease in body fat. I am also able to see a visible decrease in body fat in the three weeks since starting CJC/Ipa. For the first time in a while I am not self conscious about what I look like without a shirt on.

I was initially very skeptical about how well this stack would work for me, but I have been very surprised with how effective it has been so far. Current plan is to run this 5 more weeks for a total of 8.
 
200mcg of each in the morning fasted. was pinning before bed at the beginning but it was messing with my sleep and i read that reta slow digestion so you need to wait longer after the last meal. i dont like to go to sleep on a empty stomach. so the morning works better for me and its been a month now and love the overall energy and i keep my strength at the gym.

Yes. It is a Samsung Smart Watch5 Pro, it uses electrical impedance like some scales do. In the previous message you can see some of the data. My messages are out of order due to trying to use both a laptop and my phone simultaneously to post the screen shots of the watch data.
