I bought way too much of the Chinese stuff! I love it, but those 5 ml IM jabs, 20 of them in 10 days…..

Yep. Left quad in the am, right quad in the pm. Once I got some 27 g pins, went much faster than putting all my force into pushing oil through a 31g!pughster25 said:jabbing morning anm

I have my annual check-up for that next month. I expect she'll make some adjustments to my HRT.Chili777 said:That doesn't sound good. Hormone issues can manifest as a number of symptoms, including brain fog, so that could be it. Might be time to get that checked out, if you haven't yet.
I haven't started yet.Turns out I need surgery in a couple weeks. Nothing major, but I don't think I want to be researching it before anesthesia, and it would also interrupt the protocol. And I have P21 coming next week. I ordered that when I thought my delivery was lost, so it may be a month or two before I start.

Why wait? Are you planning on taking them together?Chili777 said:Well, it arrived today, after 9 weeks. I'm kind of amazed it did, with the entire label in Russian except for my address and the words
Cerebrolysin Solution listed right there.
Now I have a decision to make, whether to start this now, or wait for the P21 I have coming in the next week or so. I ordered that after I kinda gave up on this.
No, my head might explode.itsapinthing said:Why wait? Are you planning on taking them together?
I kind of want to buy just to have them on hand in case someone in my family has a stroke. Instead of waiting 9 weeks.Chili777 said:My ampules say 5 years. Just got them this week.
I'm just reading more about P21, I am curious on what you are planning to take it for and what dosage. From gemini (interesting stuff):Chili777 said:No, my head might explode.I've just heard good things about P21 and I think I'll start with that first. P21 was originally derived through epitope mapping of Cerebrolysin. It's synthetic can be used IN. Then I'll do the cerebrolysin in several months.
Those are all the bad parts of neurogenesis, agreed. I hope to limit that by using P21 IN, at 500 mcg per day. IN administration focuses the peptide on the neural pathways and reduces systemic action. I've reviewed several studies and all have been in vivo, and rats typically are given much higher doses per kg than would be suitable for human use. However, we are all our own research subjects.itsapinthing said:I kind of want to buy just to have them on hand in case someone in my family has a stroke. Instead of waiting 9 weeks.
I think for stroke it needs to be administered within the first 24-48 hrs to reverse the stroke effects
I'm just reading more about P21, I am curious on what you are planning to take it for and what dosage. From gemini (interesting stuff):
Risks of p21 (Overexpression/Dysregulation):
Promoting Cancer Progression: Paradoxically, high levels of p21 can inhibit apoptosis (programmed cell death) by suppressing Stress-Activated Protein Kinase (SAPK) and Apoptosis Signal-Regulating Kinase 1 (ASK1), potentially allowing cancer cells to survive and thrive.
Metabolic Disorders/Diabetes: Elevated p21 is linked to pancreatic

-cell dysfunction, accelerating cellular senescence and triggering apoptosis, which reduces

-cell mass and impairs insulin secretion.
Tissue Dysfunction (Aging): Accumulation of p21-high cells in adipose tissue is linked to chronic inflammation and insulin resistance.
Skeletal Muscle Atrophy: High p21 expression is associated with fibrosis and impaired function in skeletal muscle.

Therapeutic Targeting (p21 Suppression):
Senotherapy: Eliminating p21-high expressing cells has been shown to improve glucose tolerance, reduce insulin resistance, and extend the healthspan in mice.
Cancer Sensitivity: Reducing p21 levels can increase the sensitivity of cancer cells to radiotherapy and chemotherapy by eliminating the G1 checkpoint and forcing them into apoptosis.

Benefits and Risks of P021 Peptide (Experimental Therapy):
Note: P021 is a specific neurotrophic factor small-molecule mimetic under investigation for Alzheimer’s, distinct from the p21 protein.
Benefits: Studies show it can rescue cognitive deficits, neurogenesis, and synaptic damage in Alzheimer's mouse models.
What made you gravitate towards doing the P21 first? I'm in that same groupbuy as you and I have Cerebrolysin on the way.Chili777 said:No, my head might explode.I've just heard good things about P21 and I think I'll start with that first. Because I have surgery next month and I'd have to interrupt the cerebrolysin protocol for a week. I'm not sure that won't effect the results. With P21 and dosing IN, I won't have to and I can take it with me. That's the main reason.PinKushn said:What made you gravitate towards doing the P21 first? I am really interested to hear your experience after (and during)Chili777 said:Those are all the bad parts of neurogenesis, agreed. I hope to limit that by using P21 IN, at 500 mcg per day. The benefits I'm focusing on are: Promotes neurogenesis, enhances synaptic plasticity, and has shown significant cognitive benefits in preclinical models of Alzheimer's disease, traumatic brain injury, and age-related cognitive decline. Anecdata reports positive and noticable results in subjects that have used it.

As a newbie with needle phobia, I should have paid more attention when I got my 1st 100 box of easytouch insulin syringes for my peps. I didn't realize I clicked on 27g so when they came, I just went for it anyways and I haven't had an issue other than having to psychologically & spiritually prep myself for a week before my 1st pin. This should make the IM less intimidating.latviantower said:As Zippity has astutely pointed out, gauge differences are literally “splitting hairs” - it must be purely psychological that a 31g insulin needle is painless but a 27g causes you to shriek.

Epitalon, Semax and Selank. Never tried dihexa. Also tried Adamax. Cerebro the only nootropic with which I’ve experienced significant improvement.evilution said:How many of you tried Epitalon, Semax/Selank and Dihexa first?

I think earlier in this thread folks said they ordered true Cerebrolysin manufactured in Russia under license from Austrian patent owner EverPharm. I’ve had DM’s saying it was $55 per 5 pack plus shipping. Logistics sounded pretty daunting though. Long delays with no updates.evilution said:I just need to find a vendor that can be trusted. I'm all in on taking the Cerebro stick.
