Well done!! You have to be feeling amazing.

I don't care how much these peptides work, it truly that takes some grit and determination to do what you did. ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽ–๏ธ
Aww thanks. Patience and trust were my focus. I also stopped obsessing about the scale and food and effort. I Ditched that diet culture and just trusted the journey. Stalls were hard but they always broke.

Tell me more. Do you add Reta while on hi tirz dose. Whatโ€™s the Reta for? Do I start to lower tirz first and then add in Reta?

Iโ€™ll start researching Reta tirz combo -

Thank you
I've not done it yet but tirz is better at appetite suppression and with reta you get the glucagon agonist to help with visceral fat. I'd go reta up to what works for you, and if hunger is a problem small doses or tirz

Thanks. Reading up on it all now.

Just bought Reta30 so I can start to experiment with tirz and Reta for maintenance

Today was day one on Mots-c after 3 weeks on ss-31.

GLPs are the gateway peps to ALL the other peps.

Currently cycling semax selank mots-c, klow and glutathione with my tirz.

Congratz!!! Try stacking reta and tirz low dose to maintain
I'm doing that but high dose until I hit goal. 4 more pounds.

Congrats on goal weight! ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽ‰

I hit my goal weight !!

Celebrate with me!! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

I started Sept 1 2024 at 210 lbs. using ozempic via Kaiser

A few bumps along the way - such as Kaiser stopping support for Oz etc. Asshats

Went telehealth and then switched to tirz.

And finally 18 months later โ€” 55 lbs down โ€” I hit my goal weight of 155.

Iโ€™m 5-7 weighted 135 lowest ever in HS for a half a minute. In my 20s if I starved I was 145. But most of my life spent at 180-185.

I feel amazing and am so grateful for this amazing medicine. I have not yet started grey but for maintenance will be switching as soon as my first batch test is cleared and Iโ€™ve depleted the compounded Rx stash.

Now I gotta figure out how to titrate down and maintain. ๐Ÿง and get my energy levels up up up ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€. Iโ€™m so tired on tirz at 13mg / week.

Iโ€™ve got red carpet time coming up this Aug and I canโ€™t wait to rock a gown!!
Fuck Kaiser Permanente!!!

And Congratulations!!!!!

Congratulations to you ! How did you arrive at the maintenance dose?
Well I was just doing Reta, but everything started hurting again, so I added a little bit of tirz back in for inflammation purposes. Otherwise I would just be doing Reta alone. I am never hungry so I know it is working,

When I started Reta I included my high tirz with it. But as I increased the Reta I lowered the tirz.

I love this especially with the time length as life does get in the way. Many I see losing pretty fast so it can get discouraging especially if one is a slow responder to glp but the key is to keep faith and be patient as the weight will come off.

Congratulations!

My doctor kept saying slow is best. And I know we all get impatient to loose weight. But I was/am a slow looser a stalled often and just kept the faith. Also switching up from sema to tir helped too. As did an occasional break from the meds for a few weeks.

There is no one way to do this journey on glp Iโ€™ve learned. Weโ€™re all so different and respond differently to the meds.

Just what keeps me not hungry. Lowered each one while trying to achieve minimal hunger signals

I did two rounds of SS31 amd Mots C a year apart, and then I was done with those. My mitochondria are repaired. I donโ€™t find a need for all the ancillary peps.

yay you! I hope you post gown pics here! Congrats!
