Case - vials a little loose

I bought a 30 vial case on Etsy. I noticed a bit of play when I put the vials in. Should the vials fit snug or should there be a little room?

They should be a little loose to allow for the variability and thickness of glass vials, and labels that people want to put on them. The cases I make have about 1 mm play around the vial.

If you're not planning on punting the box across a football field or dropping it off the roof, I don't see why it would matter. Small vials don't break easily.

If you put labels on your vials as I do, you'll be grateful for a little space in the vial slot.

With labels applied they won't rattle as you punt them off the roof
