Might make sense, if you're hitting the max on Reta and stalling or the food noise is getting too much. Cagri does a pretty good job with that. I didn't need to add anything to Reta even though it seemed like my sweet tooth came back a bit switching from Tirz, I was still losing weight or keeping it off. Only negative I've heard on Cagri other than standard sides, is that it seems like the amylin receptor response (or the perceived effect) declines with time. So people tend to use it for a while, titrate up a bit, and move to something else. The standard method is to offset it by a few days from the Reta/Tirz so that you get consistent hunger suppression.

But I'm just talking in anecdotes here. Better to find someone with personal experience!

I added cagri to reta pretty quickly because I simply wanted to try it and could get a single vial for a good price. I'm only on about 5 mg of reta weekly, but I noticed the appetite reduction wasn't as pronounced as on ozempic, which I was on previously. I started with 250 mcg cagri per week. Noticed it on the second day, and it stopped me from eating nearly entirely by the third.

I'm supposed to have my third injection of 250 mcg today, but I'm not sure if I will. It has gotten a little better, I am able to keep eating after a couple bites, but I have been below 1000 calories a day for the vast majority of days since taking cagri. A lot of it is due to my own lack of willpower to push through the suppression, but still. I also take vyvanse which suppresses appetite, and while I can eat through it when I'm not taking these peptides, I think it may remove any leftover hunger signals I would get without it.

Safe to say it definitely works for me, but be cautious!

I was on 9mg Reta q6d and was noticing my food noise was returning on ~5th day of my cycle. I added 1mg Cag q3d on an alternating schedule and totally lost the food noise and experienced good satiety also. Most effect was apparent on start of 2nd day after inj.
