Hey people 👋

Just wanted to touch base on everyones experiences on BPC157 as well as TB500

Im no noob when it comes to peptides, but as anybody who has researched these 2 compounds would know - the results vary lots .

So i wanted to touch base and get some personal experiences regarding these, whether thats your dosages as well as timeframe, and also what injury were you hoping to fix.

Q3 last year, i was mid way through my first PED run (6-8 weeks), i was at the end of my workout and i was doing some shrugs, the first 2 sets felt extremely light and easy, so i upped the weight quite significantly - i was still blasting through the heavier weight and getting 11-9 reps.

then, on the last set i must of over-engaged my neck muscles and felt a pretty bad strain.

Long story short, this continued to happen over a period of roughly 6 months until i finally went to the doctors and got an MRI last month - mild tear on a disk in my neck as well as disk bulge.

Now - i cant train until i get this sorted and it heals without surgery, but i am running GH to help heal it, as well as our friend BPC157/TB500

Currently on 1.5mg daily of each, have been on it for 4 weeks now, and truthfully i dont think i can feel any difference in terms of inflammation going down or any form of improvement.

Will continue to run this for another 4 weeks, if i get an improvement ill likely go another 4 on top of that.

So my questions are -

Whats your dose?

Whats your cycle?/Do you cycle?

What was your injury?

and

Did you see an improvement?

Thanks guys! Looking forward to hearing back

Had a shoulder injury in December. 1st MRI showed tears in the labrum and rotator. Did my own PT. No lifting for 8 weeks. Ran Wolverine for 90 days. Took about 10 days off throughout. 2mg in the AM. Did not see much improvement for about 6 weeks. Then, boom started to see major improvement. Could have been Nature or the Stack. Probably never really know. Back to lifting cautiously, and the shoulder is at 90%. Will take it again on an as-needed basis, as my injuries will likely continue to as I age. Injuries can sure be a mindfuck.

They definitely can bro, this one’s beginning to take its toll on me mentally as i can’t do any form of weights. Fingers crossed it all changes soon,

And I’m hoping I have a similar experience as the weeks progress !

And I’m happy to hear you’re back at 90% 👏🏻

'Wolverine' stack has been a lifesaver for me. I've resolved serious elbow and knee tendonitis problems that I'd had for ~15 years and for which I'd tried every conceivable technique to heal with no luck.

My routine was:

Inject 250mcg BPC 6 days/week at each site location (I usually work three sites at a time, so draw 750mcg total then inject in say, the elbow site, knee tendon site, hip flexor site - etc.)

On M/W/F I inject 250mcg TB500 at each site location, so, for me, draw 750mcg total in syringe and inject 250 at each of above locations.

About 3-4 weeks into this cycle I noticed sudden dramatic improvement. I completed two 6-week cycles (2-3 weeks off between cycles) and my tendonitis is cured.

The Wolverine stack made all the difference to my hubby. He has so many issues with his knees and ankles from several military deployments. He was getting insane flare ups at least once a week that would prevent him from walking for a day or two. I put him on the Wolverine stack, he hasn't had a flare up in weeks now.

Thank you for sharing this, the hubby is currently on the pre blended stack and it is working well for him. I have bought the seperate TB and BPC for when it runs out, I want more control over the amounts of each one.

I had a calf muscle tear and months later I still had a nagging pain. I then started the blended version, and now I’m in week 6. The nagging pain is gone.

Thanks for your protocol, it's much appreciated. Just had a disc replacement and spinal fusion so looking to use this and KPV as part of my recovery 🫡

If you do run the protocol don't forget to take some high quality hydrolyzed collagen peptides daily as well.

Just had shoulder surgery, 2 Rotator cuff tears, Bicep tenodesis (repair), Labrum tear. Leading up to this, been at it for 2.5 years now with both shoulders and I did the good one 1st being my dominant arm. I have done more PT than I count, therapy at home. In that time, I've done 2 - 12 week cycles of BPC-157/TB-500 1mg each and an 8 week cycle of KLOW before surgery. All I did was delay the inevitable, with these shoulders or slow down the decay. While using them I felt better, strength range of motion, etc. As soon as I stopped, it just regressed and I could just function. An MRI last fall confirmed, how my shoulders had deteriorated more, from the MRI a 1.5 years previous.

Post surgery: 30 day outlook. I loaded up about 100 syringes, as I'm one handed right meow. Also taking Tadalafil 5mg 2X daily, to help improve blood flow to tendons, ligaments. Five types of Collagen, 1500mcg of Creatine HCL & 25mg Enclomiphene 2X weekly.

Daily: KLOW 2.5mg cu, BPC-157 2.5mg, TB-500 1.5mg, KPV 500mcg, Thymosin Alpha-1 1mg

Daily: 5on/2off CJC1295 no dac / Ipamorelin 250mcg each, IGF-1 LR3 20 mcg

Weekly: Reta 1mg, Tirz 1mg, Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium 250mg,

Been dealing with my C2-C6 & Lumbar L3-L5. Ablations, Cortisone shots etc, for years. I have to get an updated MRI on my neck and back, when I get out of this sling, so I get the neck pain.

I’ve been pinning .5mg of each Mon-Fri for a few weeks now. Haven’t noticed anything.
so you're in the same boat as me, but from what ive gathered so far on this as well as a few reddits and youtube videos, the magic happens around 6-8 weeks.

lets keep chipping away at it 😉 😉

THe 3 cycles i've run, every time it took 6 weeks to feel a difference. Hell, it took 6 weeks on Turz and 5mg to actually nitice any hunger suppression. 6 seems to be the magic number.
