Checking an order a couple of days ago I noticed BFF's web site was unavailable with a "Exciting new things coming!" notice.

Today it's displaying a 403 forbidden. I'm still getting communication and shipping notices.

The question is, updated site or new name? Has anyone picked up any chatter?

You can email them and ask, the links are private and judging by the link, assigned to the individual vs a public generic link.

I think it depends on the computer or cookies or something. When I put link in Firefox, which I don't use regularly, I get this:



When I use the link on Chrome, I get the "normal" website:



At one point Binh sent me a link and said to use that one, but on my computer it came up using the regular link, but on my laptop it doesn't come up, even with Chrome.

I received no communication regarding shipping for my last order. Binh sent an email that they are no longer providing shipping information for "security reasons" I think. But my package arrived via USPS in a few days.

I think back in January Binh got spooked like a lot of vendors and took the website down for non-repeat customers. If you email him, he'll send you a special link. But both links work for me now.
