I have been interested in this as well. My father is on tirz and also travels a lot so it would help him to not have to carry a vial, extra syringes, etc. plus it would keep me from having to load them for him.

Probably aliexpress or alibaba if you want a lot. Everyone is just reselling the pens from china most of the time
