I have 300mg capsules leftover from a surgery.

I'll give one a try tonight.

So far trazadone (50mg and 100 mg pills) has not helped.

1/2 pill of Vicodin (5mg/325) works but isn't sustainable.

Exhaustion after multi-crap sleeps days usually yields one good night's sleep.
Did gabapentin help?

I'm doing a second 21 day 1mg cycle of epitalon (I did one a month ago with vials that turned out to be 25% underfilled, so I'm repeating at the full 1mg), and I think it really IS helping. I am dead asleep a few minutes after I shut the lights off and flip over.

I started Reta early January and noticed the sleep issues almost right away. I started very low with .25 twice a week hoping to avoid sides as not sleeping wrecks me and I had sleeping issues prior. After deep diving through here, Reddit and anything AI could feed me about sleep on Reta, I’ve tried it. Tart cherry pills, slow release melatonin, magnesium l-threonate, glycine, taurine, sleep blends from reseller sites, berberine, tablespoon of honey before bed… Nothing worked.

While I was researching I was also looking into peptides for sleep. The ones that peaked my interest were DSIP, Epitalon and Pinealon. Long story short Epitalon is the winner, hands down. My first day talking it I slept and I’ve slept every night since. NA Epitalon 20mg reconned with 2ml bac water and just took 4 units in the morning when waking. I’m up to 1mg twice a week of Reta and no issues sleeping. I honestly can’t believe it. I know everybody responds differently to peps but I wanted to share what worked for me.
When are you taking Epitalon? At bedtime? When do you feel the effects? I have to take ambien, and it works but limit myself to only twice a week so I don't build up a resistance. I'm very interested in sourcing this and trying it as I have a long history of insomnia.

I started off for the first few weeks having ok sleep but wild dreams. After that 4 week period I started sleeping ok with fewer dreams. Now I'm back at just ok slope but with an hour to 90 minutes awake in the middle of every night, but my energy has been great.

Also taking KLOW and added Tesamorelin 3 weeks ago hoping to improve sleep but no noticeable difference, though the energy kick could be due to that.

Switching to HGH as soon as my order gets here next week and hoping for a boost in sleep from that.

I’ve been taking it every morning when waking. I also went for the NA version because during researching it seemed that it was somewhat stronger compared to the standard to those that had tried both.

There’s no “feels” with NA Epitalon, or at

least I’ve never felt anything like drowsiness. It just helps me sleep, especially if I wake during the night to use the bathroom, I fall back asleep easily.

I appreciate the info and this is something I need to research, I desperately need help with sleep. I just retired after 30 years in the Air Force and they tried everything to help my sleep thus the prescription for ambien but you build a tolerance over time. Thanks for your response!

I don't know if it's placebo from reading about it or if it really does help me sleep, but that first dose of nad+ gave me the best night of sleep I'd had in a long time. Can't remember if the second dose did as well. Third was this morning. Only hurts for a little while now after I pin. 50mg, trying to do it every 3rd day. Hopefully tonight I'll see.

Got a vial of dsip coming in, but it sounds like effects for it would be best after a cycle of 3 weeks? So I guess I better get another vial before I jump in with a kit. This thread has me thinking about epitalon now... Can anyone say if epitalon starts working after one dose?

Recently I added the following peptides

Don’t know which is doing what

But I’m finally sleeping enough and actually waking up rested

Tesa 1mg, 3 hours after last meal, b4 bed

SS-31 4mg, first thing in the morning

My first dose I had insomnia pretty bad. I have no idea if tesa was the reason or not. Then I I read about it sometimes causing insomnia when pinned at night? Now I dose ipa at night, tesa fasted mornings and don't eat for the first two hours or so

试试DSIP,它帮到我了。
我也觉得DSIP真的帮了我很多,感觉它让我睡得更香了,而且我只用了一周。我的睡眠应用也显示了这一点。
