I ordered both the reg H Bac water & same H Bac saline in the posted pics. Does anyone use the Saline for Tirz?

I saw someone on reddit said they do 60mg/ml concentration with tirz. Would the BA saline make things less likely to work?

I wouldn't do 60 mg/mL of tirz even with regular BAC:

Higher concentrations of peptides can be more prone to aggregation. If possible, work with the lowest effective concentration for your assay.

I know with the 120+ mg vials of tirz, people will do over 40 mg/mL, unless it comes in a 5+ mL vial. But I wouldn't use saline BAC for 100+ mg, since NaCl without a phosphate buffer can increase the rate of eventual aggregation.

may i ask why everything has to be crystal clear? the liquid inside my official mounjaro kwikpen has a yellow-ish tint and it's ok according to the labels inside the packaging.

White and cloudy is likely participation which would normally make the product less effective or not effective.

Maybe a half-isotonic solution will work. We'll have to wait for the patented formulations to determine this, because they'll run into the same problems.

Yes, that's an option too for a Hospira BAC apocalypse. Like if we want to hedge our bets regarding non-Hospira benzyl alcohol content and endos (by adding Hospira saline BAC).
