I'll go against the grain here and say you should probably start at 5mg, mayyyyyybe 7.5mg.

Those are both suggestions on dealing with a specific problem of shortages. Not exactly the same thing. 5mg would *probably* be ok... But why risk it?

I've decided against risking it, better safe than sorry.

Then again I've had almost no side effects from any doses of sema so tirz should be okay side effect wise too. ( I know they are different)
