would you mind sharing what product from costco you use?

I like this brand better than the Kirkland branded ones

Speaking of a pet interest of yours. A member on this forum pointed this out...

I'm from Europe and I can actually simply order human grade B12 vials shipped to my home. Legally.

I have a giant stock! Unfortunately, I can't use them because I have bad skin reactions to it. Maybe when I combine with GLOW it will be better.

What type of B is in it? I don't see it stated. Curious

Try sublingual Methyl-B12

I have a 10 pack of Lipo C with B12 but won't get another when I'm out. My B-12 #s are super high on labwork. I think I was low initially, but started that and a multivitamin and it's overkill now. I ended up switching to individual supplements based on lab work so I don't get too much B or anything else. I'll get the L-Carn separately. Let the labwork tell you what you need!

Why Nature Bounty 2500mcg over Kirkland 5000mcg for less $s???

Just taste and the Nature Bounty tabs seem to dissolve quicker. I think it’s due to the shape of the tablets. Kirklands are smaller and fatter and the Nature’s Bounty are flatter.

I've been using it for a bit now. No need to dilute. I'm doing 1mL 2x a week for 4-6 weeks, getting bloodwork and then likely sticking to 1mL a week for 8 weeks, checking again and then lowering to every other week.

Isn't this stuff thicker for animals? Do I need to dilute it?
