I haven't had my IGF-1 levels tested, so I cannot confirm if it is effective, but I can confirm it has had a positive effect on my sleep, I did not notice any other drastic improvements

So you only take it for sleep? I heard it also improves fat loss.

Yes I take it for all the benefits of increased gh/igf1 including sleep, fat loss, gym progress etc, 200mcg of each daily. The problem with GH secretagogues is that they're never quite as effective as blasting actual GH, theyre much milder and progress is slower, especially in younger people whose GH levels aren't low in the first place. They're also not that much cheaper than real GH. I don't think I'll be taking them again after my remaining vials are finished.

Wanted to try tesa or ipa first before I try HGH and see how i feel with it. If it does nothing i go with hgh.

Tesa is the strongest injectable secretagogue I believe. MK677 is even stronger but its taken orally and its hunger-inducing effects can make weightloss difficult.

I am between AT and CH, though when in Austria I am in the Innsbruck area. My most consisten intake is KLOW though I am looking at DSIP and Ipa/Tesa/CJC to increase sleep quality. I am at the beginning of my peptide journey, for later I also want to look at Epithalon and Peptides that are giving cognitive benefits and long term brain health.

After one shipment did not make it through customs I managed to get a shipment delivered to Tirol through a German "Paketshop". Looking at my second order now that the "prrof of concept" made it through.
