G'Day mates, first hand experience with customs and orders "disappearing". In my case the order just never arrived, the tracking indicated it'd stalled somewhere and it never progressed. Not peptides, some seeds from the UK and a butterfly knife bottle opener as a present for a friend.

Seeds? Pretty much any plant matters will probably be seized.

Hmm, my parcels arrived in Sydney on the 1st of July and still say waiting clearance but I'm still yet to recieve a letter. Hope I still got a chance. Lol

I've been sticking to smaller orders to hedge my bets, that way if something goes wrong I'm not out $1000+. That's just how my brain logics though, I can't say if bigger or smaller orders are better, I might make that distinction more based on the vendors reship/refund policy.

Varies.. 2,3 to 10... Risk is not the amount, any amount can be seized.. Question is, what are you willing to loose $$$$..

Please delete if not allowed......So I sent myself a few things from California in hope of seeing them here when I arrived in Australia. Nope...they were apprehended. O.k fine, now I have to look elsewhere and pay the price.....literally. Hopefully this forum will give me some insight as to who I need to contact or go through.

Lucky for me it only cost me $24 to send what I did from California. Of course I never received it because someone else did! Lucky for me, I received the empty box with two lollies in it!

Exactly right! I guess because most things get seized. I want to find out what warehouses are in Australia. That makes it a heck of a lot easier.

That's what I'm trying right now. Buying a couple of things, seeing if I receive them and if so buying more.

But they did leave a couple of lollies thank god! lol...but seriously, they included a note that said I was going to receive a letter which was a little scary. Mate if you keep it under $1000 the parcel stays out of the import tax section, thus less eyes. It runs with the millions of other online packages. My last order was just over $700, entered Auzzy via Sydney, i am on the Sunshine Coast

I imagine it would be really hard to get it to Aussie since it would be a large amount. I stopped doing it over in California as it was taking 3 months to get to me and there was a risk of it not getting it as well.

Orders are still getting through. I think if you wait, you’ll always be waiting. Most vendors have a reship policy.

Really?? A friend of mine in Cali said that most companies require a deposit in case the products are seized?

I take it once an address has had a seizure that you need to get them delivered elsewhere as it’s black marked?

Is this actually the case? I did hear that as well. Just wondering if it also applies to things being sent domestically as well?

I've had no issues with 3 packages, and 2 more on the way. One is expected Fri, the other Monday.

Although I'm in WA and I've heard the seizures are mostly happening over east. Brisbane seems to be a hotspot. At least according to an Aussie chat on a TG group.

I did send a package to myself from California and it got seized. Hoping warehouse's in Aussie are different.
