Asking for advice, after 2 months of Reta lost 30lbs then started feeling very tired and flat feeling. I got some advice here and took and I am feeling better. I stopped Reta two weeks ago. I am still tired all day but want to lose 30 more lbs. I would like to ask is what peps can I add in with Reta to help the loss and combat the exhaustion?

Honestly I wouldn’t jump to adding more peptides here. That level of fatigue is a signal, not a gap to fill with another compound....

After ~30 lbs in 2 months, there’s a decent chance you’re in a pretty aggressive calorie deficit.

Adding peptides to “fix” fatigue from this is the wrong lever.

Stacking things like fat burners or energy peptides on top of a drug that’s already suppressing intake can just dig the hole deeper. It might mask symptoms temporarily, but it doesn’t fix the root issue.

I’d focus on getting calories, protein, hydration, and electrolytes VERY dialed in FIRST. If you restart, consider a lower dose and go SLOWER, making sure you're always focusing in the foundation vs huge calorie deficits .... most people feel a lot better doing that and it makes things sustainable.

Are you getting enough water and electrolytes? When you're eating a lot less it's easy to accidentally reduce your liquids and salts too.

I probably was not getting enough electrolytes that is what I have fixed after getting the advice on here. Even though I am not using Reta now and I am feeling better. As for water and salt I was living at 7200ft altitude at that time I did drink a lot of water but maybe not enough I will fix that next time, I was getting a lot of that Baja salt. Thanks for the advice.

Good advice Thanks! As for calories, I eat carnivore but was only eating a protein shake for breakfast.

Lunch about 1lb of ground beef with cheese and some bacon.

Dinner a 16-18oz Steak

Snack 2-4 boiled eggs

So I would think I was getting the Protein.

Hydration and electrolytes, I was most likely not getting enough. I have corrected that now and will keep it up when I start reta again.

I am trying to get back to normal before I start Reta again I can tell I feel better less flat feeling.
