To answer your question: while SQ injection illnesses are rare, I doubt you'll hear much from the few who die. Plus you're on a forum that is meant of incretin mimetics, so you're way less likely to hear about issues with your recently acquired non-peptide items.

I've always been the type to watch my blood getting drawn, but doing so did cause some mild discomfort, and I did have a little in the way of nerves the first time I went to do the same with my tirzepatide.
I'm certainly not at the point of enjoying it, for either peptides or getting my blood drawn, but I'm now at the point where it doesn't bother me at all. I had my blood drawn earlier this morning and found that the minor discomfort had disappeared when I watched the needle go in. I've got ipa/tesa/mots-c on the way, so I've signed myself up for quite a bit more pinning, so I suppose it's a good thing.
