I wish it came in small 3ml vials to maintain sterility and exposure. Thst has been a big challenge finding pbs
I'm thinking about trying to pierce the cap on the ultra pure with one of those clave doohickeys so I can fill a bunch of 10mL vials. If I'm careful and secure it down good (the plastic cap obviously won't hold like a rubber stopper does). Dunno if it will work. Wish I had a flow hood.

I found some vendor with 3ml pbs kits. I am just going to use that. Its been working so far and the ARA is staying dissolved.

I Wanted to query the forum about reconstituting ARA-290. I attempted to reconstitute the research peptide with bacriostatic water, but it always gels up after a few days.

I've read recently that phosphate buffered saline(PBS) is a viable solution to the issue. Is PBS safe for research purposes? Any advice around this topic?

Thank you for your insights.
Same issues here when I first started Ara-290

It does require PBS, I use 1ml of it to dissolve, then 1ml bac.

As others mentioned, you can add baking soda to bac but not sure how to do that and keep sterile.

I found a PBS supplier of sterile water online, Google PBS for labs.

Search for them and order online.

Been using for many months no issue. I keep bottle in dark closet, not in refrigerator.

Make I wipe cap and neck with swabs each time.

Also make sure the ARA and PBS are room temperature before you mix. It's very sensitive.

Good luck.

How long does it usually take for your ARA to dissolve fully in 1ml of PBS?

I did this exact method earlier this week and though I was eventually able to get the ARA to dissolve, it took a whole night. I left it in the cabinet in just the PBS, then added 1ml BAC in the morning after it was dissolved.

This is what you are looking for but I don't know where to get this anymore.

Got my 290 from LN peptides. I just finished the kit. My sciatica seems much better. It dissolves very fast . 30 sec total time. It could be the KLOW or both.
Any new experiences/opinion about ARA 290? Did the sciatica come back more since?

The sciatica has mostly been absent since I did the kit. I am almost certain it was the ARA290. I guess it is possible the KLOW or the growth hormone secretologes had something to do with it. That is the problem with doing lots of peps around the same time. Yesterday I made my second order with LN and I included an other kit. If the sciatica comes back I will be ready for it.

Aside from good enough to order again, how was working with LN?
I have not tried everything from the first order yet but everything I have tried has been great and the tests have been good. On the first order Cassie was very responsive and the order only took 9 days to get to the US from CN. When I ordered last night Cassie was a little slow to respond to questions at first. I was communicating on both TG and Whatsap. About 2 hours into the process it was like they brought in a new Cassie. Response was almost instant on both platforms with lots of "DEARS" and hearts like before. The initial slowness could have been a network problem or I might be too impatient. Hopefully it will get here as fast as the first package did. You can't beat their prices.

No, you can't, barring the resurrection of SSA, if even then. And their inventory list is also among the most comprehensive I've seen. I've certainly been inclined to keep them as a backup and to source things that are otherwise harder to get, but I haven't seen much feedback about how they do business. So, thank you for this.
