So I'm thinking about trying to add Aod-9604.To my tirzepatide weight reduction journey. I understand that it's particularly effective with visceral fats like my belly. Im 5'8 234lbs. So I have a long road to travel.

I'm only on my second week of tirz. Is it too soon to add anything else? I'm not too concerned.

Anyone else use these two together? Any dosage recommendations? Or other stacking suggestions from experience?

Thanks

How many mg of tirz are you taking each week? It takes at least 4 weeks to build up in your system and feel the full effect.

I would wait until you've either reached your goal weight and still have belly fat, or maxed out the tirz dose before adding anything else for weight loss. Plus, I've seen several people on here say that AOD doesn't really work.

This forum hasn't had much love for AOD. Mice have a lot more receptors: [archived internal link]

Anecdotally, women seem to have more response with AOD than men. But the weight/fat loss may just be from the GLPs they are on.

Even though AOD does not get much love here on this forum, others swear by it. I've been on it for a while and have seen results when used with cardio and resistance training. Also, on 10mg of triz and 3mg of reta for a long time.

I'm remembering now that the lead researcher said AOD didn't work (or something like that). Of course, it's still possible it works for some people, but overall, it bombed.

Thanks everyone. I did some reading last night. I'm actually going to try NAD plus in my research. I think it will pair better with tirz.

I'm so amazed at some of the stuff I'm reading about. It's pretty crazy.

While I did get 2 vials of aod I haven't incorporated it yet I'm following the advice from above and will experiment with them later. You'll want to try and find some ga water for reconstituting . To avoid gelling.

I went with the nad plus. I also incorporated some ss31. I'm following a protocol that loads up on ss31 for 3 weeks. Then Switches to mots-c for another 2 to 4 weeks.all while Incorporating nad plus.

I'm very much happy with the results

I think a new research shows that you can take both of the same time for best results

I’m trying the AOD due to the lower risk of it affecting insulin resistance. I’m on the tirzepitide for a previous bout of T2D and AOD sounds like a good first start for a Growth hormone secretagogues trial, before CJC, IPA, Serm, or Tesa. I can’t say whether it’s effective yet, but I think it’s has improved my sleep quality significantly.

AOD should stand for All Out Disaster. Save your money. 5-Amino-1mq, Tesa and MOTS-C is the move.
