Honorable mention is just bare lightly breaded chicken breasts, I air fry them and just eat them on a fork, plain. They are addictive and 210 calories with 22 grams protein. (I think the high salt is why I’m obsessed😕, just looked up nutrition facts)
Not sure if you want to make them yourself -- it is more work, but it's not onerous.

In case you do, you can do it with the triple dredge technique:

Air Fryer 400F/200C

Take some boneless skinless breasts or tenders, and 3 bowls.

In one bowl, add a bit of flour and the seasoning of your choice, I like to season the flour generously as this is going next to the chicken.

In the second bowl, scramble 1-2 eggs.

In the third bowl, add breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes. You can add additional seasoning if you like in this bowl, too.

Take each chicken breast, dredge in flour.

Drege each floured breast in the egg wash

Dredge the egg-wash breast in breadcrumbs/corn flakes.

Press extra breadcrumbs on to the chicken if you like.

Air fry until internal temp is 165F/75C, approximately 15 minutes.

If making breast tenders, check those after 10 minutes. 👍

Why they gotta call it that? 🤣 But I looked it up and it sounds good and so simple!
That is such a good question but I’m not gonna lie, I get a kick out telling people to make it or that I’m eat meat slop 🤣🤣 Sometimes I add beans. Squash, Zuchinni, jalapeños

I am. At 6... 1x week/5 days. I've yet to get "the burps" and any nausea ( I would say never but then for SURE would start to get 'em ☹️ ).

My hypothesis is it has to be a certain food that people are eating that cause 'em. My diet is bland as hell and most would never do it. Chicken now ( was zero sugar and just beef for 8+ months almost exclusively-'cept for nuts and pork rinds for snacks. EVERY day. ). Broccoli. Plain greek yogurt w/granola. Snack on Pure Protein bars.
There are tastier protein bars. Life is short. Built puff, barebells, power crunch…

Right now I’m stuck on boiled seasoned shrimp chopped up small, English or Armenian cucumbers chopped small, some garlic, chopped red onion, Greek yogurt, and dill.. or if you’re feeling lazy, Italian dressing can replace the yogurt. Mix well, and consume. Lots of protein. Sometimes I add a half avocado..

Not so much a recipe but...

Cholula makes a taco seasoning pack that is awesome. Standard procedure applies using pre-made mixes like this. Brown meat, add packet per 2lbs of meat, add about a cup of water, simmer a bit, enjoy. I add an extra packet for extra spice.

Ok, this is right up my alley ❤️ Yum, thanks!

Not sure this is what the OP was looking for in terms of health profile but smoked meats really are the best.
Seconded.

I like to meal prep so that I can grab and go. Each week, I will smoke a batch of chicken breasts, beef flank, and tri-tip roasts to cover protein for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I keep frozen blueberries for breakfast and pre-make basmati rice and sweet potatoes for lunch and dinner. It makes discipline easy and removes the friction when you are in a hurry or don't feel like messing with food.

We all know that the biggest part of the battle is the healthy, clean eating. Even though appetite may be supressed and food noise is reduced, healthy eating is the foundation to making positive lifestyle changes.

Wondering if anyone has any favourite healthy meals they want to share or any meals that they look forward to eating that are also healthy?
My family loves it when I make beef stew in my crockpot. Adjust the amounts according to your pot. I have an 8-quart crockpot and with a family of 4 its gone the next day.

1-2 pounds stew beef chunks

18oz jar of beef gravy add an extra 12oz jar if its a big batch (don't buy cheap gravy, its not worth it)

1-2 packs of powdered stew mix (seasonings, generic is fine)

1-2 cups of barley

1-2 large cans of Veg-all homestyle (this kind doesn't add lima beans)

If you still have room in your pot add

1 can corn

1 can peas and carrots

1 can cubed potatoes

Add pepper and minced onion to taste.

Set it to low, its done when it bubbles. I included some Walmart links to make it easier.

Green Smoothie:

Handful of Spinach

Handful of Kale

1 Avacado

2 Limes (skinned, but I just throw them in. Used to "juice them" but this is easier for me)

1 Kiwi

Frozen Pineapple

1/2 Frozen Broccoli florets

Teaspoon of Chia seeds

Teaspoon of Flax seeds

Mini scoop of Psyllium husk

roughly 450ml water

Ends up around 900ml, tend to do 4 a week. I reckon its really helped with my Cholesterol/LDL.
