I'm in the same boat as many of you. I wake every damn night between 1-2am and it takes me at least an hour to go back to sleep but some nights it takes 2-3 hours or, like last night, I never got back to sleep. It's ironic because my whole adult life I've had trouble getting to sleep, but would always stay asleep the whole night. I've tried every supplement, peptide, behavior, and OTC drug (no script yet, it's a last resort) you can think of and some you can't. Thanks to you lovely people, I'm going to try ketones. As mentioned, some of them are super expensive like ketone-iq at $84 for 24 bottles. Have you guys tried the powdered form such as this one? It's only $20 for 500 servings.

I sleep really well on Tirze and Reta. Yesterday I had a four hour nap, went to bed at 10pm and woke this am at 7. But I did go lift weights and pushed heavy for an hour. That wiped me out.

And I always pin in the am, among the first things I do.

I've heard people say they pin in the eve. That would keep me awake.

Besides the experiences everyone shared on different Glps and how it impacts their sleep, being in a calorie deficit and losing weight consistently organically impacts sleep in this way.

Every single time I go from maintenance or surplus to deficit, my sleep is interrupted a couple of days into a calorie deficit and stays that way until I am done with the weight loss cycle.

I luckily didn’t have fatigue with tirz or with reta, but since starting Reta three weeks ago I am having disturbed sleep and early morning wakening. I can get back to sleep after a bit.

normally I am happy to brag, I normally sleep like the dead.

But I’m a caffeine free person 😉 not many of us left in the world ( I get sleep changes from even very small amounts of caffeine)

when i first started taking reta i was only sleeping 2-4 hours max. waking mid sleep to piss and couldnt go back to sleep then i got bpc157 and tb500 and that has changed my sleep now im getting easy 6 hours of sleep and no waking up in middle up of the night.

I had insomnia for a few months after starting Reta. Melatonin helped. I also had elevated heart rate by 10 bpm and bad anxiety attacks that almost made me quit. It all smoothed out over time and now at 14 months in my only real side effects are GI related.

Been on Tirza for a couple of months and are switching to Reta slowly.

But ever since i started this journey my nightsleep is destroyed totally. Wake up at least 4-5 times every night and my total sleep is around 2-3 hours a night. And that is really frustrating because not even sleep medication helps.

Just want to know if anyone else has the same challenges on theese compunds and how do you manage it !
I haven't thought of myself as having sleep problems due to reta and tirz. However, now that I think about it, my sleep did get much worse after starting tirz and only got worse after I added reta to the tirz. Upon reflection, I think I found the cause.

As I lay here, awake, at 0230 I wonder if it’s the survi jacking up my sleep. Some in the study report the same exact symptoms I’m having. I wonder if they ever sort of improve over time or maybe as mentioned earlier, maybe I should get a cgm for a couple weeks and see if it is blood sugar related

Maybe in 2024 or so I saw more about people running a cgm and vaguely remember one being recommended for being cheap and available but can’t find it now. Damn.

You are probably talking about the Stelo.Do a Google search for it. If I recall, it was like $89/month direct.

My sleeping hasn’t gotten worse on Tirz (mind you, I’m only 2 weeks in) but I have noticed that I’ve gone from being a preferred side sleeper, to getting better rest sleeping on my stomach. Could be totally unrelated though.

I've felt a change every since beginning my tirz journey. Zinc, magnesium, and doctor prescribed hydroxyzine hydrochloride have helped in my case.

I already had problems with sleep before tirz, but it has gotten way worse since starting tirz. When I started, I took my shots at night because I read about people doing it this way so that they can sleep through the initial side effects if they were to get any. This only last about 2 shots because I couldn't fall asleep even after chamomile tea, melatonin, gaba and tryptophan. I was already taking all of this before tirz and they worked prior. I now take my shots in the morning, which has helped a bit, but I'm still not back to pre-tirz levels. I'm thinking about trying DSIP, but I need to do more research on it since reviews seem to be really mixed.

I've had to increase the dosage of my sleep medications since starting tirz. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day I take my dose.

I’ve taken DSIP. It definitely has given me vivid dreams, but I can’t say if it’s helped with sleep. But some people swear by it.

I did lingo. Much more stable than I had expected tbh. I’ll see what tonight brings
