Anyone else get a good bit of undigested food in stool as a triz side?

Maybe its also due to diet change as I am eating more veg and salads and stuff, but its a bit wierd to be shitting out leaves and bits of carrot and crap. Especally 2 days out from a dose, for some reason. For some reason the triz sides hit @ 48 hours out from a dose.

Never had that happen on triz. Seems abit weird as if anything id have thought the delayed emptying would mean food is more digested due to the extra time in there not less!

What dose are you on ?

The upper GI is slower, but lower GI can be faster or slower than before.

Exactly. That's still during peak concentration, which is 24 to 48 hours maybe after administration.

I am mostly a vegetarian, and as a group we are more prone to diarrhea due to the plant-based diet.

5mg every 5 days.

I have had diarrhea with all the GLPs, such as when starting or titrating up.

So far, my favorite remedy for GLP-induced diarrhea is the probiotic in Florastor Advanced. Other remedies that help me are immodium and kratom.

Er, it's not a good cycle: gastric slowdown/emptying. About day three there's a cleanout. (Gastric rebellion against the slowdown)

Then building back gut biome. It sucks

Carrots, lettuce, bell peppers, corn… these are things your colon doesn’t fully breakdown because they’re insoluable fiber. They act as a broom as they sweep you out, that’s why ruffage is good for you.

Nothing to do with Tirz, though.

And if people aren’t seeing this stuff, they’re not eating enough ruffage.
