I'm definitely interested in both Maz and Survo. Keep us posted on this one. Innovent has two New Drug Applications submitted with the Chinese authorities currently, the Phase 3 studies there are looking impressive.

It's been approved in China for both obesity and diabetes. People in China can purchase it now if they're able to pay the slightly over 400 USD that it costs.

I didn't realize this until I started reading about mazdutide, but China actually has a big diabetes problem. Many Asian people get fatty liver at far lower BMIs than others.

Semaglutide goes generic in China in 2026. (It also becomes generic in Canada that same year because some idiot at Novo forgot to pay the approximately 185 USD fee to renew the Canadian patent.) Once sema goes generic in China, I bet it becomes a blockbuster drug for both weight and diabetes.

Been thinking about this one for a bit.

Especially for my wife not able to take tirz or reta.

and dont want to try sema.

any input would be appreciated

thanks.

Also

good vendor for such?
Hello, I take Mazdutide,

Tirz is my base peptide and in the middle of the week I take whichever I have in stock Maz or Reta. For me Maz brings more results than Reta because rather than suppress the appetite it revs your system up, you up. Do some research on how it works.

One time I didn’t have any Tirz so I stacked Maz and Reta and it wasted me, I started craving ice cream ir Anything to replace, I was burning through calories. and dropped 30 lbs in 2 + Months.

Combining those 2 in my opinion is not good, it’s like your body system is running too fast.

IMO stack it with Tirz, Sema, or use alone.

But that is just me.

I lost over 100 lb in little over a year but my story is different. Lot of my weight gain was due to a tumor. After 2 procedures and that removed ….my preexisting health habits started to count for something.

If you like to eat and have a problem with Food noise pick a GLP to tackle appetite suppression Sema or Tirz.

When people talk about effects it is based on their life, habits, and who they are. And the best for an actual answer is to try it- I like it, it seems to affect the metabolic process.

I was a vegan, now vegetarian. Plant based life for 11 years, possibly why Maz burns my calories up.

I think Maz is much more like Reta than Sema and Tirz, so if you're expecting that physical feeling of not being able to o eat more you'll likely be disappointed. Having said that it does quiet food noise and boosts metabolism which will help you lose weight.
I can't go up on tirz because my stomach feels uncomfortable. I'm hoping the maz I start today makes me want to eat less. Then hopefully I'll be able to lower the tirz dose a bit.

Thanks for this. My provider is higher than all three. I don't yet know any other providers.

The GLP-1 receptor agonist exenatide reduces serum TSH by its effect on body weight in people with type 2 diabetes[archived internal link]
Su Ann Tee et al. Clin Endocrinol (Oxf). 2023 Oct.

Mostly TSH goes down due to improved central sensitivity to thyroid hormone duebto weight loss. T4 remained the same and but T4 does also lower slightly, remaining in normal range.

The GLP-1 receptor agonist exenatide reduces serum TSH by its effect on body weight in people with type 2 diabetes - PubMed

Exenatide therapy reduces serum TSH levels and improves central sensitivity to TH action over 12 months via its effect on weight loss. The effectiveness of weight loss strategies, rather than TH replacement, should be investigated in individuals with obesity and mildly raised serum TSH levels.

I started .25mg of Maz today on top of my 10mg Tirz. The plan is to titrate up slowly.
Hey while researching Maz I came across your post. Was wondering if you decided to continue your stack and if so, how’s it going?

Does anyone know if there's anywhere you can buy larger vials of Mazdutide? I can only find these in 10mg quantities.

10 is better than the 4mg kit I just bought. I just decided to stack this one with Tirz so I figured I don’t need much to start.

Hello, kalliste from EU here, experienced user with glp-1s (tested sema, reta, tirze - in this exact order and I am using Mazdu right now.

I started at 1mg EW (1 single shot) and I am adding 0.5mg EW, I did yesterday 3mg.

I want to land to 5mg and then cruising at that dose until it will work.

No weight loss until now (still in loading phase) just a good 50% (or more) less hunger and it ended a lot of addictions I had, so it's still working on mental side more then physical side.

It seems to works, anyway.

I will update you later on 😌

Started doing some research on it, I think it's great to have other options.

Tirz. nuked my stomach, ended up with severe gerd and getting scoped to make sure nothing else was going on. Went off of it and everything's back to normal, I have no issues with Reta luckily.

I'm currently taking both Tirz (5mg) and Maz (2mg) because my doctor prescribed Tirz but I was not losing weight at all. I lost 6lbs the week I started Maz (not odd because I weigh a lot), and I had absolutely no side effects apart from a little reflux. Maz has also significantly dampened my desire for food. I eat less, but even when I'm hungry if I don't feel like eating I won't. I am finally feeling optimistic after years of struggling with my weight.
What dose did you start the Maz at?

The largest vial size I can find for maz is 15 mg from Sam's Supplies, which has a traditional (slow) GB for it and one in-stock vial left. The GB closes on the 20th and then the waiting begins. $198 for a kit (150 mg total at $1.32/mg). $110 for half kit (75 mg total at $1.47 per mg). Shipping included.

The pricing for maz continues to suck compared to far-more-popular reta.

the higher the demand, the lower the price.

classic Chinese style of sales 😌

Still going well, I got to 2.5mg and found that to be too much suppression so backed down to 2mg

I just bumped up my Maz dosage from 2.5 to 4 mg. I notice a little more hunger suppression. I am in maintenance on 10 mg tirz as well.
